1 month later,
"Okay, regarding the unborn child." Judge Nelson said
"That baby isn't my client's." Jax's lawyer said
"My client would like to have paternity test done if Mr Mcallister would agree to it." Malani's layer said
"Hell no, I don't need anymore proof that the baby isn't mine." Jax said
Judge Nelson saw Malani whispering in her lawyer's ear. "My client said she would like terminate his rights then." She said
"Fine by me.." Jax said
The papers were drawn up by the end of the day, her lawyer contacted her to let her know. Bucky had been away on business, he came home that night with food, and cupcakes with broken heart toppers.
He found her on the terrace, "Hey Mal, I'm home. I got us food and cupcakes." He said
She smiled at him, "You are the best. And I promise I'll pay you back for getting me a law-" she said but he stopped her by putting a finger to her lips.
"No, please stop saying that. I don't need you to pay me back for anything." He said
"But.." she said
"Shush, come on lets go netflix and chill." He said as they go back inside.
They end up eating and watching movies in his bedroom, they cuddle up and fall asleep in his bed.
