The next morning, Jax joined his parents and his former in laws in his parent's kitchen.
"Does anyone know where she may have went?" David said
"According to what Jenae told police, they expected her to go running to Dillin. But he said that he hasn't heard from her at all." Judy said
Jax tried calling her cellphone,
"We are sorry, but the number you are trying to reach is no longer in service."
He looked down, they tried searching for her social media. She had deactivated them so they couldn't reach her that way either.
"What about her boss? The publishing company?" David said
"I never really paid much attention so I don't know how to get in contact with them. I don't even know their names." Jax said
"Well we can hope that maybe by some miracle she will show back up somehow in our lives." Caroline said
"If she isn't dead in a ditch somewhere, we froze her accounts." David said
Caroline looked down.
