⚠️Sexual content up ahead y'all⚠️ I would suggest not reading it if you aren't comfortable with such. It isn't vital to the story and there's no important information regarding anything. The smut chapters are basically just there because some of us are a little thirsty sometimes🙋 Dw I'llmake another warning when the smut comes so you don't miss anything else!

A few days had passed since visiting my sister. Everything was set. I was to leave for the internship. Apparently, there would be days where I'd be going after classes, but most often I'd be staying with Hange since it was quite far away... isolated..? Tonight was the last night I had with Pieck until I had to leave. I figured I'd make the most of it. I was on my way back to my dorm where Pieck was waiting, as I had gone out to buy us food. Sushi. The road was dark and I could barely see anything. The streetlights were faint and the moon was hiding behind the many tall trees surrounding me. My headlight was the only lightsource... it wasn't really that helpful. As I continued biking, my mind drifted to my parents. What were they doing at the cabin? Why would they visit my sister? It didn't make sense. When it happened, they almost seemed sort of relieved. I shook the thoughts off as I arrived at campus. Making my way to the dorms, I felt uneasy. As if someone was following me. When I turned around, holding my plastic bags of takeout, my eyes landed of Reiner. I felt my chest tighten. I clenched my jaw as he walked closer.
"Y/n, um so..." I raised an eyebrow and glared at him.
"I heard you were leaving soon um... for something." I avoided his gaze as he stared at my face. He seemed sort of melancholic. Which was out of fashion for a guy like him. By that I mean a complete asshole incapable of non-toxicity.
"Yeah. So? It's none of your business anyway, Braun." I vexed through gritted teeth. His stare faltered and he turned around, seemingly walking away. So I followed suit and walked towards the doors.
