Sakura woke up with a subtle headache and an Uchiha sleeping on the ground with his head on her bed.

The pinkette looked at his figure confusingly, her mind straining through all the memories from yesterday to make sense of this scene in front of her.

However, nothing seems to come to her mind or any kind of justification that can clarify, why their hands are intertwined as Sakura blushed.

Did they sleep like that? Sakura couldn't help but think, he stayed but why?

A smile graced her face as she inched closer to Sasuke, "Sasuke-Kun wake up!".

The raven-haired immediately woke up in a compromising position, where his hand is still in her's while he was sleeping on the ground for her, but the real problem was how close their face was to each other when Sasuke turned his face up.

Both remained frozen because of the sudden movement which left them in such an embarrassing position but the temptation to taste the Uchiha's soft pink lips was undeniable in the hot air passing between the lustful couple.

Even the mere thought of it left the kunoichi a hot mess whereas the Uchiha couldn't help but feel embarrassed and caught off-guard.

Being this close to the pinkette is risky, she makes him indecisive.

Even though he wants to pull back and wander off to his room but the tension is too great to ignore in the room.

The Uchiha himself can't ignore the need in him to taste her pink rosy lips which were begging to be marked, but he can't.

He can't give into romance, he can't think of a happy life when his brother gave his life away for his welfare, so now he must do everything in his power to change the village and if he lets his emotions get in the way, he won't be able to.

"Sakura". Sasuke breathed in a husky voice between them and Sakura could feel her ears burn. His fiery gaze was fixed on her while hers was on his lips.

Baka Sakura! Focus!

"Hn!".The pinkette replied in a daze.

"You are annoying... " Sakura immediately backed away in embarrassment when she registered his words, blabbering words to defend herself.

"Nani?!... Why-y.... What happened..?".

Sasuke just smirked at the flustered pinkette, finally able to take a breath of relief without the attempting thoughts surrounding his mind.

"I'll be in the living room after taking a bath, get ready too". He left ignoring her actual question, leaving a confused Sakura behind who couldn't help but feel dejected upon being called a sentence she's way too familiar with, not knowing why he said it, or if she did something wrong.

Why does he always do this?

He said the same words when she first confessed her love for him and now all of a sudden when they.....yes! What was that?

She thought that only she could feel the tension but the fierce look in Sasuke's eyes was enough to confirm, that she was not the only one affected.

She didn't miss the way his face flushed red like hers, nor the way his eyes flicked back to her lips before saying the words which made her back off.

Was it that, he was too embarrassed? Or he doesn't like her.......

She continued thinking about the incident but couldn't make any sense out of it, except that the Uchiha is too complex to understand from his mere words which hold double meanings to it.

Sometimes she wondered, why did he try to kill her even before she could attack him?

Did he know what she was planning or did he just wants to kill her like Naruto and Kakashi, but because of what bond?

Sasuke and Naruto are best friends just like real brothers and Kakashi is like a father figure and a sensei to him.

But who am I for him to kill me? To end which bond? He finds me annoying and always runs father away from me, so why try to kill me, if he doesn't even feel anything for me.....

What is the bond between us Sasuke-kun? I can't seem to understand it, and it hurts even more if I think about it.

I don't expect love from him but, at least some answers. Some clarification before I fall into the ocean of self-doubt.

The pinkette always thought Sasuke found her annoying and that's why he always criticized that about her, especially that night she confessed her love to him. He must have found it so annoying.

But in reality, Sasuke never found her nature annoying, it was the feelings she made him feel that annoyed him.

Being someone who keeps his emotions trapped inside of him ever since the Uchiha massacre, it always felt confusing whenever she made him feel things he can't describe nor share.

It never bothered the Uchiha whenever she would blabber things to him, her constant talkative nature made him feel less lonely after he lost his clan.

The pinkette drove away from his loneliness, she made him feel at home.

The night she confessed her love to him, he called her annoying because she made him feel those un-named things, he can't point his finger at and it annoyed him. It annoyed him, how easily she can break down his barriers and make a home inside his heart.

That's why she is an annoying kunoichi to him, and always will be...
