The story of those who fight the stigma of mental health disorders, including their hardships, sacrifices, and shortcomings. This collaboration exemplifies the goal of preventing mental health issues from worsening.
We are here to advocate and stand up for individuals who lack the courage to speak up about their problems. We are here to remind you that you are not alone, that there is light, healing, and hope along the way.
It gives us, the writers of MHS, great pleasure to share these stories and to take the risk of shattering stereotypes and stigma associated with mental illness.
