Genevieve’s P.O.V
It was now the next day and I was spending most of the day helping Madam Pomfrey organize all of the new medicine that I had helped her make earlier before I went to check on Katie, “hey Katie, how are you feeling” I asked and she shrugged, “I’m starting to get better” she said and I smiled, “well I’m glad that you’re doing better, do you need anything to drink or something” I asked and she shook her head, “no I’m alright thank you” she answered  and I nodded, “alright then, I’ll leave you to rest” I said before walking away and walked up to Madam Pomfrey, “do you need help with anything else” I asked and she shook her head, “no thank you dear, that will be all” she said and I waved goodbye before walking out of the Hospital Wing and wandering the Halls for a bit before I decided to walk along the bridge to get some fresh air and just thought to myself about everything, especially now that Remus and I are engaged and I couldn’t help but smile to myself at the thought of getting married, especially to someone you love. I was soon brought out of my thought’s by someone tapping my shoulder and I turned to see that it was Mr. Filch, “sorry to bother you miss but would you mind helping me with a few things” he asked and I nodded, “sure, lead the way” I said and we both headed back into the Castle and soon arrived to the Great Hall and began to clean the tables for when the rest of the students arrive for dinner later, “honestly sir I don’t know how you do it, keeping this place clean and what not. Especially when Fred, George and I were here” I said with a chuckle as we finished cleaning up the Great Hall, “I try Miss Genevieve and not matter how much some of these kids annoy me, I love working here no matter what and it will always be like home to me” he said with a smile, “this place always felt like to me to, it still does actually” I said looking around with a sigh as we walked out of the big room, “how has your day been so far” I asked as I continued to help him, “it's been alright, how about you” he said, “it's been alright for me as well” I said smiling a little. After a while longer of doing some cleaning around the Castle, Mr. Filch had let me go and we both said goodbye for now as we went our separate ways for the rest of the day and I just waited to see if anyone else needed me for anything as I decided to head to my Quarters for a bit and saw a letter on the desk that I had in the room to soon see that it was from Remus and I smiled to myself a little as I began to open it.

Dear Genevieve,

I am sorry to hear about Miss Katie Bell. I hope that she is doing well and recovering. I also hope that you are staying safe as well and I’m glad that you’re keeping in touch with me and I promise I will try doing so more often as well, especially when it’s closer to the full moon considering you’re worried whenever that comes around. I love you my darling and I hope that everything is going well considering the events that are happening recently, especially what you said about Harry Pinning the cursed Necklace on Draco Malfoy and you’re right that if he did do it, he wouldn’t have done it on his own free will but I doubt that he would have done anything of the sort but anyways enough of that I will keep in touch when I can and we can maybe talk about it more in person when we see each other soon, I love you my love and see you soon.

Love, Moony

After I had finished reading the letter I had gotten from Remus, I had noticed the time as Professor Slughorn’s little dinner party was about to start soon and I soon made my way there and soon bumped into Harry and Hermione, “oh hey, I’m assuming you guys are on your way to Slughorns as well” I asked them as we walked, “ya, I wonder what’s going to be like to be honest” Hermione said, “probably boring” Harry said and I chuckled, “well you never know, I think it might be alright, I’m just surprised he Invited me even though I’m not a student here anymore” I said with a sigh, “maybe because you had excellent grades when you were here I presume” Hermione said and I nodded, “I guess so, although I do remember Aunt Minerva mention something similar when she had Harry and Ron take his class on the first day” I said to them, “I guess that makes sense and probably because I’ve been doing well in his class since then” Harry mentioned, “that’s true and because you've been glued to that book that you’ve taken from his classroom” Hermione said and I became confused, “is that the reason you’ve been doing well in his class, than I’m surprised that everyone else is doing the same as you then” I said, “well the thing is, there’s someone else’s writing in the book, most of it is as if some of the things in the book were a mistake” Harry said and I furrowed my brows, “and you failed to mention the name on it says that it belonged to the Half Blood Prince” Hermione said, “huh I wonder who that could be” I said, “well so do we and I looked through pretty much the whole library about what the Half Blood Prince could refer to but found nothing” Hermione said before we finally made it to Professor Slughorn's Dinner Party.

When Professor Slughorn’s small dinner party had started everyone was talking with one another as I was sitting next to one of Malfoy’s friends named Blaise and we didn’t say anything to each other until he decided to speak up first, “so you’re one of the new Staff members here right” he asked and I nodded, “ya I am, I’m more of just a helper really but at least I didn’t have to look long for a job though, my Aunt mentioned it to me when it was nearing the end of summer” I told him as I took a bit of my food, “then why did he invite you if you’re not attending anymore” he asked, “I honestly don’t know, he just did when I was at the Three Broomsticks earlier this week” I answered and he nodded. After some time had gone by, we were all served Dessert as Professor Slughorn began to ask questions and get to know each of us, “so tell me Cormak, do you see anything of your uncle Tiberias these days” Professor Slughorn asked him, “yes sir, in fact I’m meant to go hunting with him and the Minister of Magic over the Holidays” Cormak answered, “oh, well. Be sure to give them both my best. What about you Uncle Belby, for those of you who don’t know Marcus’s Uncle invented the Wolfsbane Potion, is he working on anything new” Slughorn said as Marcus quickly ate his ice cream, “don’t know, him and my dad don’t get on, probably because me dad says his potions are rubbish. His only Potion worth having is the stiff one at the end of the day” Marcus said to him before Slughorn spoke up again, “and what about you Miss Granger, what exactly does your family do in the Muggle world” he asked her as we all continued to eat, “my parents are Dentists. They tend to people’s teeth” she said while we had stayed silent for a bit in the middle before Slughorn spoke up, “Fascinating, and is that considered a dangerous profession” he asked her, “no, although one boy Robbie Fenwick bit my father once he needed Ten stitches” she said and everyone just stared at her, “bloody hell, must have been one hell of a bite then” I said and she chuckled a little until we heard the door open for it to soon reveal Ginny and I noticed that he eye’s were a little puffy and I saw that I wasn’t the only one to notice as I saw Hermione whispering to Harry, “ah, Miss Weasley come in, come in” Professor Slughorn said as she walked in, “sorry, I’m not usually late” she said as she got to her seat and just as she was about to sit down, Harry stood up an everyone in the room looked at him confused, “no matter, just in time for dessert, that is if Belbus has left him any” he said with a chuckled as Ginny sat down and I noticed Cormack staring at Hermione and and I quietly sighed to myself as I continued to eat the Ice Cream, “so how are your classes going if you don’t mind me asking” I asked Blaise and he shrugged, “ it’s alright, out of everyone here, you’re the only one I like to be honest and my classes are alright I guess” he said and I smiled and we continued talking with one another until the dinner party was over.

Not long after everyone had left the room, I caught up with Hermione and Ginny, “hey guy’s, Ginny how are you feeling, you looked like you have been crying and it looks like I’m not the only one to notice” I said and she nodded, “I’m alright, it’s just, Dean and I had another fight” she said and I sighed, “oh well I’m sorry to hear that, but you guys looked like you were doing so well before” I said as she whipped her eyes a little, “we were, I guess we just aren’t working out as well as we thought” she said and I hugged her, “I’m sure everything will be alright, if it makes you feel any better, not everyone gets along with people they’re in a relationship with but some of them, they eventually work it out” I told her as we continued walking, “Genevieve is right Ginny, it’s yours and Dean's decision if the both of you want to work it out or not” Hermione said as we soon made it to the Common Room, “ya I suppose you two are right, I’ll see what I can do about Dean and I” she said and I hugged her again, “well I’ll see you two soon alright, and let me know what happened with you and Dean so that whether or not I can give him a piece of my mind” I said and they both chuckled before waving, “goodnight Genevieve” they both said as they walked back to my room for the rest of the night as I thought of Remus as I soon began to miss him and before I knew it, I soon fell asleep as I cuddled one of the pillows.
