Third Person

Seeing her father, Flare couldn't help but to plaster a wide smile on her face. Ang pagpunta rito ng kaniyang ama'y senyales na nagtagumpay siya sa unang bahagi ng plano niya. What she didn't expect was for her father come here fully prepared. She didn't expect him to bring a mythical beast that could easily topple the huge concrete walls of the empire.

"Y-your Majesty." Bulalas ni Caiz habang nakaluhod na nakatingala sa kaniyang hari. 

Hindi alam ng binata kung ano ang dapat niyang maramdaman. He was happy knowing that the king finally made his choice. This was supposed to be their plan, but the king disregarded it because he found his daughter. 

However, knowing about the king's condition, he can't help but to worry about everyone's safety. The strongest of all is about to lose his sanity and fell into the dark side. If this happens, he don't know if there is someone who could stop and bring him back to his usual self.

Will it be the downfall of Elysian Empire, or the Downfall of the Great King of All Kings?

Those 9 headed snake like beast was called a hydra. It was an ancient mythical beast who lived thousands of years ago. They have been taking care of it for this day, and it only obeys a command from the king. Apart from anything else, the beast will devour and destroy it. 

"What an entrance, King of the Lost Continent." Nag-init kaagad ang ulo ni Caiz nang marining ang sarkastikong wika ni Farus. 

Camaro slowly tilted his head and gave him a fake confuse face. "What were you saying?" Farus was about to open his mouth to say something when Camaro countered him.

"It sounded like bullshit." Flare and Caiz stopped themselves from attempting to laugh. Parehong napagat ito ng labi habang pinapanood ang reaksyon ni Farus dahil sa pagpapahiya nito.

"Ah," Camaro paused and cross his arms. 

"Am I interrupting a celebration?" Inikot nito ang paningin nang hindi pinapansin ang nahintatakutang mga reaksyon ng mga taong naroroon. 

"How thoughtful of you to prepare a welcoming festival for me, Farus." He slowly clapped his hands like he was really thankful for him. 

Hindi naman mapigilan ni Farus ang inis niya sa mga salitang binibitawan ng lalaking kaharap niya. Sagad sa buto ang suklam niya dito, at siya lamang ang nag-iisang nakakaalam kung bakit. With Camaro stealing his dream and the love of his life was just a tip of an iceberg. The hatred he has from him was tied within his blood. He will never forgive him.

"You're welcome, Camaro." When his name rolled on his tongue, Camaro chuckled. 

"Finally, you had the courage to say that name." Naikuyom ni Farus ang kamao niya. He hated that name. Kahit na kumukulo ang dugo niya rito'y pinilit niyang pakalmahin ang sarili niya. 

"It's been a long time since we've met, haven't we?" It's been a long time? Is it a decade ago or was he pertaining something else that only both of them know.

"Isn't this what you always wanted?" He added. Seryoso ang boses nito't hindi mo mababahiran ng kahit anong emosyon ang bawat katagang binibitawan niya.

"I have done anything to avoid this from happening, but looks like this is bound to happen." Camaro have avoided everything from as long as he can remember. Even if Farus would do anything to pressure him, and would do whatever methods to trigger him from breaking a war, he never gave in.

Not until now...

"A prophecy is a prophecy. You can't avoid it." Sagot ni Farus. 

Now everyone's having confuse faces, especially Flare and the Knight Princes. They are talking casually as if they were not enemies. Hindi rin maiwasang magtaka ng mga hari ng imperyo kung paanong nagawa pa ng mga itong mag-usap nang mahinahon sa gitna ng kaganapang nangyayari.
