Full moon (pt.1)

"Hey Amelia! You need to wake up.." Stiles said, waking me up.
I groaned, "ugh go away!" I rolled over, going back to sleep.
"You need to go to school! You've missed three days already this week!" He replied, dragging me out of bed.

My head ached already. I guess this was the effects of the full moon. I got up and slowly got ready for school.
I wore a beige-coloured tracksuit and my hair was in a bun.

"Amelia! We have to leave!" Scott called from downstairs, "Now!"
I grunted, "Ughhh!"
The full moon made me miserable. I had no effort what-so-ever. Today was going to be a painful day.

We got into Stiles' jeep. I was exhausted.
The boys' conversations faded out as I closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep in the back off the jeep.
"Amelia! We are here!" Isaac nudged me, "Hey!"
I sighed, slowly opening my eyes.

Scott dragged me out, "Amelia, i know today is gonna be hard. But you need to fight through it!"
I nodded as i yawned.

I slowly walked into my lesson. Liam looked as exhausted as i did. At least someone knew how i felt.
"Hey Liam, you feeling it too?" I said, as i sat down next to him.
"Mhm. I'm so drained!" Liam could barely open his eyes.

I sat with my head down on the desk for the whole lesson. Everyone's heartbeats made me irritated.
"Amelia?" The teacher said, "I asked you a question?"

"What?" i replied, lifting my head up from my desk.
He sighed, "I said, What year did WW2 finish?"

I looked confused, "I didn't put my hand up.."

"Miss McCall.. please answer the question!" The teacher said, furrowing his eyebrows.

I shrugged. I was so annoyed. Everyone's heartbeat pounded in my head.
"I said i don't know!" I snapped, my leg started to bounce.

"Well if you were listening, you would've known!" The teacher shouted back, i flinched.

"You suck." i mumbled, under my breath.
Liam tapped my shoulder, "Your claws!" He whispered.
I panicked and put my hands in my pockets.

"Miss McCall.. Please stay behind for detention after school!" The teacher said.
I panicked, "What? I cant! I'm really busy!"
I cant stay behind, there's a full moon.
My leg bounced uncontrollably.

"I don't care! You're staying for a detention!" He snapped. He made me so angry. I bit the side of my mouth, trying to hold in my anger.

"This is such bullshit!" I stood up and shouted, "I said i was busy! You can't just keep me here!"
I regretted everything i just said. I just made the situation worse, as usual.

Liam looked at me, "Calm down!" He mouthed.
I couldn't. I tried so hard, but i couldn't.
If i stayed here, it would just get worse.

I stormed out.
