"Ouch!Courtney's a sadist!"sabi ni Zane saka tumakbo palayo. Hinabol naman siya ni Courtney habang tangan yung first aid kit saka bulak na may alcohol.

I am glad that everyone tries to cope up after what happened. Even Gavin was slowly coping up. Sometimes we hear him cried himself to sleep but we just let him be. Isa pa, we know that needed that.

I am also glad to the fact that Zane didn't hold a grudge against Gavin kahit pa nasapak siya nito. Its been a week and the bruise is slowly healing but Courtney continues to check him time to time.

We also decided to bury Kyvria behind the store the night of her death. Alam namin ang magiging amoy ng convenience store oras na di namin iyon gagawin agad. Nag-alay din kami ng dasal sa labi niya, which was led by the twins. Ngayon lang namin nalaman na relihiyoso pala ang pamilya nila. They even told us how their nana would drag them both to church every Sunday.

"We'll be leaving tonight. May naiwan ka ba?" Carter asked. I glanced at my backpack and shook my head which made him smile.

Sheesh. Im trying to avoid Carter as much as I could but I guess it cant be help. Kakaunti lang kami at ang espasyo kaya lagi talaga kaming nakakapag-usap.

Kada kasi nakikita ko si Carter naalala ko yung nangyari noong naglasing sila. It affected me so much in a way na bigla nalang akong natutulala saka napapangiti pag naiisip ko pero agad ding napapalis sa dahilan na baka dahil lang lasing siya kaya niya nasabi iyon.

"W-Wala," hindi ko na siya pinasadahan ng tingin. Ayokong mabasa na naman niya ako dahil sa mga mata ko.

"You look pretty tense. Kinakabahan ka?" Oo, kinakabahan ako kasi nandito ka.

"L-Lalabas na naman kasi tayo," Why am I stuttering?!Geez. Sana paniwalaan ni Carter yung sinabi ko.

"Don't worry, we're here for each other,"

We start putting our bags and weapons behind the truck the hour after the sun sets. After that we hopped behind the truck while Gavin and Zane went to the front part of the truck. Si Gavin muna ang nasa driver's seat samantalang katabi niya si Zane na papalitan siya maya maya.

We started our trip towards the said facility. It was calm and serene because the infected were settled. They were all over the place so nag-iingat kaming lahat na hindi gumawa ng ingay para tahimik kaming makapaglakbay. Not until one of our tires got popped.
