ග්‍රීශ්මයට මෙන්ම වස්සානයටත්
හැකිද වන්නට යලිත්

සිසිලස රැඳුනු…?
පෙරදා මෙන් හෙටත්
දඟකම් කරන්නත් මා
මතක අහුරක් වී
පිය මැනපු සෙනෙහේ ලඟ….
බියයි මා බොහෝ ලෙසින් අද
ලං වුවහොත් මා නුඹලාට
වේවිද නපුරක් යලිත් පෙර ලෙස
අහිමි වූ මතක පාරයි මහද….
නොරැඳෙන දිවියක
මතකයක් වෙන්නම් මියුරු
දුරින් ඉඳ සැනසෙන්නං මා අද
පහන් එලි නොමැති රැයක
එන්නම් හිනැහී රැඳෙන්න
උණුසුමට පොරකන
හා පැටියෙක්
විලසට….

A snowflake
Fell from the sky
Will there be space?
Do you give that space to
stay close to love?
Could it be a beautiful tree
that provides shade for everyone?
Is it possible to be a snowflake that is always cold without a change of season ?
Today and tomorrow I will become accustomed to remembering to stay close to the love I loved.
I'm very scared to get close to the people I love.
I think I'm going to hurt someone.
So I look at you from a distance.
Comfort me from the light of the dead stars that lit me up in the dark night.
I dream of staying in the cold like a baby bunny..
