Wang Lei

The Powerful Trio

As soon as  Jiang Zhengsheng charged to punch Wang Lei's face, she defended well but then she notice the attacks coming towards both of her sides.

Wang Lei who had been in a good mood became sober and glared at the three men who attacked at the same time as if they were one body.

"Surprised?" said Cui You who was giving an arrogant smile.

Wang Lei couldn't respond as the three began attacking again and all she could do was defend herself.

It wasn't like this was her first time fighting more than one-on-one but it was the first time she was faced with those that had excellent teamwork that no words were needed as the others knew what to do from just one move.

Not just their teamwork, but even their strength were monstrous and judging by the stinging pain that Wang Lei felt from each of their hits it seems that the glove they wore were their weapon as it felt heavy as lead.

"Fuu...", Wang Lei took a deep breath amongst the unending attacks and after looking for a while, went towards Cui You first.

She broke through their attack and steered Cui You away as she kneed his stomach which made him groan and kneel on the ground.

"Sh*t", cursed Wan Jiang as he was Wang Lei's next target.

Wang Lei used her fist to punch Wan Jiang's jaw that was painful but he manage to recover immediately and avoided a kick towards his knee.

Jiang Zhengsheng immediately went to help Wan Jiang and aim for Wang Lei's exposed back.

But Wang Lei never lets her guard down and immediately dodges Zhengsheng's attack before punching his ribs.

"Urgh!" Zhengsheng exhaled roughly from Wang Lei's attack but he also manages to hold her hand and smiled at Wang Lei.

Wang Lei couldn't free her hand and felt something aiming at the back of her head so she could only grab Zhengsheng by his shirt and hurled him towards the attacker who was Wan Jiang that wanted to kick Wang Lei's head but instead, kicked his friend's back that made him coughed more air forcefully from his lungs.

As Zhengsheng loosen his arm around Wang Lei's hand, she immediately went towards Wan Jiang and slams his head towards the ground forcefully.

"You piece of sh*t!" said Cui You who just recovered and charged towards Wang Lei immediately.

As this man has been rude to her from the first encounter, she didn't give any mercy and immediately knocks him out by kicking his head towards the ground as well.

Both Cui You and Wan Jiang had passed out and only Zhengsheng was left awake but he was also on the ground clenching his ribs.

When he notice Wang Lei was heading towards him he raised his hand and said, "I give up".

Seeing that he has no more intention to fight, Wang Lei told him to pledge his allegiance and waited for the other two to wake up and do the same thing.

Jiang Zhengsheng smiled as he looks at Wang Lei's expressionless face. He was surprised the young boy had so much power in him as he manage to knock the other two out who were considered to be the top 5 strongest men in their loanshark company. 

He could continue fighting but he was too tired already and suddenly he said, "Looks like Hao Hu really had a reason to be proud of you".

Wang Lei somehow felt that Jiang Zhengsheng's fighting was a bit familiar but after hearing his words, he also began to realize his demeanour was quite similar to Hao Hu.

"Are you his friend?" Wang Lei asked as she was also curious how Hao Hu had a friend outside the mercenary group.

"Ah... you can call me his drinking buddy I guess. I'm not his friend though. He stole a girl from me once", Jiang Zhengsheng gave a bitter smile that made Wang Lei be quiet.

She was familiar with Hao Hu's womanizing ways and love for booze. She didn't say any more words and instead sent a text to the driver to pick her up.

Then she checked the map and notice that there were no nearby red dots around her on the map but she couldn't help but feel that someone was staring at her. But when she checked the place where she felt the source of the stares, there was nothing from afar.

Something feels odd.

Wang Lei went towards her bag that was put to the side and suddenly notice something was in her bag's side pocket.

Once she saw the item, she finally had an idea of what was happening and took out her phone as called someone while heading towards the source of the stares.

Tra la la la~

A familiar ringtone was heard from where Wang Lei was and she walked more towards the sound that then got cut off.

When she stood around 3 meters away from where the sound had come from before, she immediately said "Come out".

But there was no movement from the other side. Wang Lei sighs before saying, "Don't regret it if I won't talk to all of you from now onwards".

As expected, there was then finally movement. The first to appear was a petite girl that ran out to hug Wang Lei as she said, "Please don't ignore me Lei Ge (Brother Lei)" with a tear-stained face.

Once Qiao Xiu went out, the rest followed by Fu Meng, Zhu Mingyu and finally Xiong Cai.

Wang Lei glared at Xiong Cai as she held the GPS tracker that he put into her side pocket and before Wang Lei said a word, he said, "Fu Meng paid me to do so!"

Fu Meng who heard this instantly curse Xiong Cai and threatened to beat him to death but under Wang Lei's fierce glare, he became quiet and still like a tree.

Zhu Mingyu who was the most sensible one immediately apologized and explain that they were all curious as Wang Lei was behaving weirder than usual.

"Then did you all see?" when Wang Lei asked this, Qiao Xiu went still by her side and the other three lowered their face as they looked towards the ground.

It was evident they saw her fighting and although she wanted to explain more, it was already late and they were all still teenagers. So she told them all to go home first and swore she would explain to them when it was the right time.

She then warns Xiong Cai not to do anything stupid anymore or else his life was on the line. Xiong Cai swore on his life as well he won't do anything towards Wang Lei.

Jiang Zhengsheng who saw this all from afar could only smile as he said, "Ah- Youth".
