Lin Qiang VS Cai Yang

With Su Yanjun's quick victory, the Wang Clan was currently in the lead.

And since there was plenty of time left, Wang Jian suggested they continued to the third match on the second day.

Lin Qiang from Xiang agreed so Cai Yang also agreed and on his way to the stage, he gave Wang Lei a wink to which Wang Lei gave a smile.

Cai Yang and Wang Lei's relationship had grown from acquaintances to friends as Cai Yang was Wang Lei's biggest fan and Wang Lei also admires Cai Yang's eccentric behaviour as he always manages to make her smile at the end of the day.

Lin Qiang saw Cai Yang's behaviour and once she got closer, she said "Your master might be a looker but he is nothing compared to ours".

Lin Qiang was known for being Xiang's beauty. Rumour has it that she challenged Wang Jian for his position before but got defeated as a result and she even caught a love bug.

She grew stronger in order to catch Wang Jian's attention but he never looks at her way despite her having silky long raven hair, milky soft skin, red luscious lips, and a curvy body with a thin waist. People easily fell victim to her looks and she was even called "Queen" due to her sadistic ways since her weapon was a whip.

Unfortunately for her, Cai Yang was not like those men as he felt a sense of hatred and disgust once he face Lin Qiang and replied, "No one is better than Master Wang Lei in my eyes".

Sure Wang Jian was more masculine but Cai Yang prefer Wang Lei's beauty which was mysterious and charming.

"Whatever then, I don't mind having your master in my collection", Lin Qiang admits as she licks the edge of her whip and winks toward Wang Lei who ignored her flirtatious attempt.

"I'm sorry but our master is already taken so get rid of your dirty thoughts, b*tch", Cai Yang glared at her and took out his weapon which was a glove that had long claws attached to his nails.

"You should control that mouth of yours, bast*rd", Lin Qiang who used to think she liked all beautiful men had now changed her opinion while facing Cai Yang.

She struck her whip towards Cai Yang who manages to avoid them in the beginning but after being struck once, his movements became slow and his face got red.

"Do you like it? My whip has a unique design that makes my victims yell in fear which gives me shivers. There's even a unique poison that I doused them with so that my prey will feel pain on a new level" smiled Lin Qiang as she licks her lower lip.

Lin Qiang's whips were designed with thin hooks around the edges and once the hooks get into her victim's skin, the poisons that were laced with them would start their magic and most of her victims would not last an hour alive.

Her words only made Cai Yang snicker as he said, "Those whips of yours are a pain but your poison? It seems that we are a bad match for each other".

Cai Yang's complexion became normal after a few minutes and he then sprinted toward Lin Qiang as he took her by surprise and used his claws to harm her beautiful face.

"Bast*rd! You'll pay for this!" Lin Qiang released her wrath as she whips Cai Yang and gave wounds that were embedded into his flesh as blood was flowing out now.

To the others, Lin Qiang seems to have gained the upper hand now as Cai Yang could barely move and stayed in place.

But in reality, Cai Yang was just bidding his time as he waited for his poison to kick in.

When Lin Qiang suddenly stops attacking, the others could see that from the wound that Cai Yang gave, there were black lines spreading from her face to her neck and all over her body.

Her eyes were rolling backwards as she struggled to move and as if there was something painful around her heart, she clenched her chest and since she was wearing sexy clothing (sadist queen wear), everyone could see that her heart area was a pool of black that one could only imagine what just happened.

After 10 mins of excruciating pain, Lin Qiang stops breathing and Cai Yang who had been staying still stood up as he asks the judges for their verdict.

"T-the victor is Cai Yang from the Wang Clan", said Chen Jingguo and Cheng Hui as the rules did say anything was allowed and in this case, both opponents used poison.

Both Cai Yang and Lin Qiang were poison masters but it seems that Cai Yang's poisons were deadlier than hers.

Although Cai Yang had retired from his assassination days, everyone would still know his alias, Poison Queen as the Poison Queen was the undefeated champion in terms of poison usage.

It was Old Master Wang who got impressed by Cai Yang's earlier works that made him recruit Cai Yang to join the clan even as a hidden member (a member that only those involved would know about, particularly high-level individuals like the Elders in the clan) just like Su Yanjun.

Cai Yang who was in awe of Old Master Wang's strength and looks agreed to join the clan in return for a vast amount of money and that he would be mostly an independent assassin before he retired as afterwards he would only serve the Wang Clan. And of course, betrayal was not an option.

"Did I do well, master?" asked Cai Yang as Wang Lei approach him on the stage.

Cai Yang was a strong person indeed as he endured whipping that was laced in poison and could still stand now even though he was bleeding profusely.

"Yes, you did, Cai Yang. Thank you for your hard work. Now rest well", said Wang Lei as she helps to bring him by his shoulders to the medical bay.

"You did well", said Di Yi who had approached them.

Cai Yang was instantly revitalized at Di Yi's rare compliments and Di Yi argued that he could have done better as now it made him look like a weakling for not being able to defeat him back at the Wang Tournaments.

Cai Yang simply smiles back at Di Yi as he said he wouldn't mind it if they fought again. But Di Yi backs away as he escapes by saying his sister is calling him.

The author here, I want to tell something about Cai Yang (◡ ‿ ◡ ✿):

So the thing is, Cai Yang was stronger than Di Yi back then at the Wang Tournament and the real reason why their fight lasted for 3 days (if I remember correctly) was because Cai Yang took his time to enjoy fighting Di Yi until he was at his limit which then Di Yi took as his advantage.

Since Lin Qiang was someone Cai Yang disliked, he would have ended the fight sooner if he wanted to but he took his time so that his poison did the work instead so as to showcase his works for Wang Lei as well since Wang Lei rarely see him in action XP
