Undercover

You woke up in the morning to the three cats and Leia taking up most of the bed. You stayed on the edge of the bed, and hurried into the bathroom. You were exhausted already, half wishing that you could just call in a sick day. A lot was running on this mission though, and you couldn't afford not to be there.
You heard a knock on the door, but couldn't find the energy to get up off the floor yet.
"Y/N?" Steve's voice called out as he came in.
"I'll just be a second" you called back. "I'm not decent" you added for good measure before vomiting again.
"Are you okay?" he was at the bathroom door.
"Nerves" you stood up and went to brush your teeth after flushing the toilet.
"You've had a lot of nerves lately" he called through the door.
"I'm fine Steve" you sighed heavily, wanting nothing more than to go back to bed. You opened the door and he stood there with his arms crossed.
"Did you want Wanda to take your place on this mission?" he offered. "You don't look so good"
"I've got this" you shook your head. "I'll get changed after breakfast"
"Maybe you should get cleared by Doctor Joy before you go" he started but you turned to glared at him.
"I am doing this mission, Stevie. Scott and I went over the plan several times. Its too late to switch out" you went into the closet and shut the door leaning against the dresser for a moment before putting on some comfort clothes. You came back out in socks and your old overalls and an old graphic t-shirt you had brought to the compound looking much like you used to when they first met you. Steve took a moment to look up while you grabbed Alpine putting him on your shoulder, then Frost into the front of the overalls.
"Alright, lets go" he opened the door for you while you both walked out.

"Happy! You made my waffles?!" you walked into the dining room and saw that Happy had made your special waffles as well as different things littered the table.
"I think I got them just right this time" he smirked at you while you sat down after putting the cats at their dishes.
"I thought we threw out all the frumpy clothes?" Tony grimaced. "I know that shirt I put to the let it go die in peace bag"
"I was allowed comfort clothes, and I'm wearing my comfort clothes until after breakfast" you gave a soft smile, silently wondering if once the news came out if they would send you back to the cabin and kick you off the team. "Then I have to get in that dress, and do makeup and whatever else"
"I'll come do your makeup" Wanda smiled brilliantly.
"I'd love the help" you smiled back.
"You feeling okay Sunshine, you're a little pale this morning" Bruce whispered from beside you.
"I'm okay Brucie, just a little tired" you admitted.
"I think you should go see Doctor Joy before we go" Steve tried to push it.
"If I'm still tired tomorrow, I'll go see her" you silently prayed for more energy in the morning. "Happy, this tastes amazing. You really outdid yourself" you grabbed some yogurt and fruit, covering your waffles and saw weird looks coming from a few of the team members. "Yogurt tastes good as a syrup too" you spoke slowly and dug into your food.

Wanda was a quick to follow you into your room after breakfast and was a flurry of excitement as she helped you change into one of the corsets, and garter belts. You added a holster for a knife one leg, and a gun on the other leg. The dress covered it wonderfully, you would just have to raise the slits on the side by a few inches to get to them quickly if it was necessary. She helped you style your hair into an elegant bun while you put on the wedding ring, and took off the inhibitor so you were only wearing the jewelry that Bucky had given you, except for the ring. She helped you put on a very elegant night look and fake eyelashes to set off the look.
"How do I look?" you asked softly.
"Like a million dollars" Wanda grinned. "So when are you going to tell Bucky?" she asked softly.
"How..." you started, then remembered that she was able to read your mind easily. "I wanted to check with Doctor Joy first, or Bruce"
"They wont kick you off the team. They might put you on light missions only for a while, and then make you work in the lab for a bit. But you're not going to be sent away because of this" she assured you. "I'm glad you finally took the test, I was starting to wonder if you were going to make sure or not"
"I don't want to be kicked off the team, or put on light duties. I knew what I signed up for" you shook your head.
"You have more than one to worry about now" Wanda pushed. "I know I can't talk you out of this mission, but get some rest on the jet. Can I?" she hovered her hand over your stomach for a moment. You bit your bottom lip and nodded.
"Oh!" she pulled back her hand after a moment. "You should see Doctor Joy soon. There's twins, I think"
"Are you sure?!" you yelped.
"Pretty sure" she nodded. "I can feel them, they are so tiny" she added. "You'll start showing quickly with two"
"Its kind of a relief that someone else knows, please don't tell anyone", you begged her.
"Your secret is safe with me, just don't get hurt on the mission" she gave a soft smile.
