Chapter 1: Peaceful day

At the Dust House 7:00am

Alastars Pov

I was making tea in my kitchen it was a nice pink kitchen it's one of the rooms angel got to design and all the sudden I heard angel walk in "good morning Anthony" I said with a joyful tone
"good mornin smiles ya know I think I prefer angel" and I replied "very well Angel.....would you like some tea my dear" and he replied "yeah sure hey Al you know what time it is?" and I say "it's 7:05am we have to go to the hotel at 9:00am"

a few minutes later

3rd person pov

Alastar and Angel sat around the kitchen table eating their breakfast Alastar then said "you know sometime I missed sitting with everyone else" and angel replied "yeah me too but it was are our decision to move ya know to have some space" angel noticed Alastar was in his own world and then angel then said "are you alright Al?" Alastar then looked up at him as he came back to reality "oh I'm sorry angel I was miles away" and angel then said "tell me what's wrong I know when something is bothering ya" and Alastar then said "oh I'm just thinking about this hole redemption thing" and angel asked "what about it?" and Alastar continued "it's been 4 years and we still don't have proof that redemption is possible. all the guest that come to the hotel dream of reaching their goal that we keep telling is possible or charlie tells them it is but what if it's not possible and we're just lying to these poor souls who just want to make up for there mistakes of their past" and angel then got up and said "I know whatcha mean like it feels like we're givin  them false hope but look at what the hotel as accomplished each day more and more demons come in hopes of becoming better like even they can't be fully redeemed they can come close and become better" and Alastar then got up and walked over to angel and said "I'm so glad I met you angel" and angel said "likewise smiles" and they share a kiss

an hour later

Angels Pov

we started getting ready for the hotel Alastar can easily get ready since he just needs to snap his fingers but I prefer getting ready the old fashion way. I put on my normal outfit 

Alastars Pov

I went into our room and I snapped my fingers and my normal suit and I go over to my closet and I pick up my red top hat that angel gave me as a gift Nearly 4 years ago he gave it to me when I was still figuring out what my feelings were towards him. I then meet angel at the car and we then drive to the hotel

At the Hotel

as we walk in the hotel I turn to angel "well I'll see you later dear I must go to my office now" angel replied with "I'll see you later honey" I then kiss him on the forehead

as I was walking towards my office a demon stops me and says "I'm sorry to hear about your mother she was a kind soul and a wonderful person and she will be missed" hearing that my smile nearly broke but I kept it up and said "tha thank you" I then speed walk to my office and open the door and lock it and kneeled on the floor and started to cry

6 months ago

EXTERMINATION DAY

I woke up next to angel in our hotel room and I got up and check the date and it was extermination day I quickly woke angel up "Angel Angel wake up!" he then said "what wrong Al?" I replied "it's extermination day we have to get to the panic room we only have a few minutes until it starts" with that angel quickly got out of bed "we need to sound the alarm Al" and I replied "you go sound the alarm I'll escort some people to the panic room" and I then said "be safe angel" angel replied "you too Al"

I then go to my mother's room and knock on the door "MOTHER!!!" knock! knock! knock! "MOTHER!!!!" she then opened the door and said "what's wrong sweat heart?" and I said "I don't have time to expla-" the alarm went off and then all the sudden an exterminator crash throw the roof "STAY BACK MOTHER" I then go to fight the exterminator these things are the only things that can defeat me there the only being I fear I fight the exterminator with all I got I then eventually manage to kill it "MOTHER!" I then got pushed onto the ground and I look up to see my mother with a spear going through her chest "Mo-mother?" she then barley says "I lo-lov-" her life left her body and all the sudden I felt the feeling again I lost her again I couldn't save her again I failed her again I could feel that anger over come me and all the sudden I lost control of myself my teeth grew sharper my eyes turned darker and my body grew larger and my nails got longer and sharper and radio static filled the hall and I ripped all the exterminators into pieces until it was just me and my mother's corpse I then snapped out of it and turned to my normal form and I held my mother in my hands and cried "not again please not again" tears filled my eyes I could barely even see "I'm sorry mother I'm so sorry I failed you" I hear angel running towards me he was holding a spear and he said "Al we gotta go" he then saw my mother's body and he said "Al I'm so sorry" and I replied "it's my fault angel I didn't see it I should have saw it" and he replied "Al we can't stay here more of those things are on the way" and then my mother's body started to disappear I then said "let's go"

present day
