Chapter 12

few days after the precious chapter

Alastars pov

I wake up and angel is not there I hear noises from the kitchen so im guessing he's making breakfast I sit up on my bed and grab my cane and begin to make my way to the kitchen it is harder to walk but right now my biggest problem is making sure no one knows I don't have my powers anymore and I don't know how there gone after decades they just go away it doesn't sit right I then greet angel in the kitchen and he says "I've made pancakes" I then say "is that the only thing you know how to make?" angel then said "shut up and eat" after breakfast I get up and say "well we should go to the hotel" I then begin to walk to the front door and angel says "you know your not dressed right" I then realize Im in my PJs I then start making my way to my bedroom and angel says "why ain't ya just using your powers to change like you normally do" I then stop mid step and try to make an excuse and I say "oh I just like doing it the old fashioned way now" angel then walks in front of me and says "since when?" and I can feel myself sweat and I say "oh for awhile now you just don't see me dear" I can tell by his face he ain't buying it but he leaves me too it

after I got dressed I went outside and meet angel and I asked "can we walk to the hotel today I think some exercise would be nice" I say this because I can't teleport us to the hotel like I normally do angel then nods but I think he's catching on

as we're walking angel turns to me and asks "so um I've begun to notice that you have not used your powers recently is there any reason why" I then think for a second and I say "I-i  don't think I'm the radio demon anymore" angel then stops moving and so do I and he places his hand on my cheek and he says "why's that?" I then put my hand on his hand and say "I didn't want to tell you this I really wanted to keep this one from you because I'm freaking out about it and if I tell yo-" angel then holds my hand and says "al whatever it is I'm here for you ok" I then say "I've lost my powers and without my powers I can't protect you I'm not the radio demon anymore I'm just m-me" angel then looked sad and he says "just you? listen Al you are the radio demon powers or no powers and you are the man who I fell in love with and your powers could always come back" he smiles and strokes my hair a bit and I say "you see that's the thing I don't know if they will and I don't know what to do" angel then says "well how about we figure it out together hey I'm sure there's some way we can get them back" I then say "thank you angel"

at the hotel

as Me and angel were about to enter the hotel I look towards an ally and I see him the man in the black hood I then say to angel "you head in dear I'll catch up" I then walk to the ally and say "I know your there why do you want to talk this time" I then hear him say "you have been doing some work sir since last time we talked you planned a trip to the devil's row you got your ass kicked by vox and you lost your powers" I then say "how did you know?" he then laughs "just assume I know everything sir" I then say "so you've been watching me" and he says "yes and no" I then say "so why are you here" and he says "oh I just wanted to see the great radio demon again" I then say "I'll always be the radio demon" he then laughs and says "what is written about you when your preferred to as the radio demon because you haven't been the radio demon for a long time it said the radio demon is a remorseless mortal soul who doesn't care about anything but chaos and distribution but you Alastar you are non of those things or at least not anymore you stopped being those things when you met angel and now you are so far away from being the radio demon that you can't use your powers" I then say "powers or no powers I'm still the radio demon" he then places a hand on my shoulder and says "you must let the monster out of it's cage then shall your powers return" I then say "how" he then says "Static shall rise as the angels fall and shall the true king of hell return" I then said "you told me this a year ago" he then said "I didn't know what it meant when I told you and honestly I didn't care but after we met I wanted answers so I went searching and now I know everything and honestly I wish I never went searching" he then hands me a knife and says "you killed many humans with this Knife and now it shall taste the blood of demons" he then cuts his own hand and groans and gives me the blood stained knife and I examine it and it's the same knife I used when I was alive and when I look up he's gone I'm sure I'll meet him again

in Alastars office

I'm sitting down with angel and filling out paperwork while he plans this party that's apparently happening at Lucifers house and then as I was about to finish a page I get a call from someone and I pick up and say "hello" and it's the guy I Hired to find the little one he says "hey you know that girl you were looking for well I think I got a lead check this address I'll send it to you" I then say "I knew I could count on you" angel then pulls out a gun and says "do you want a gun" I then pull out my old knife and say "no I always preferred knives you get to savoir the moment you get to see all the little details" and we walk out the door and I say "you know my power's being gone kinda makes things exciting fear of death ups the the trill" I think I might be enjoying the thought of possible killing something with my old knife and angel then says "well babe let's go and save a child"
