Chapter 11

angels pov

I've been at the hospital for 24 hours now still waiting to be allowed to see him they say the knife went very far into him it's a very deep stab and apparently he was hurt before the stab but who could bring him down unless they had a knife, shit they had one of those knifes

3 hours later

a nurse comes in and says "you can come see him but just so you know he probably may be a bit not himself for a few hours" I then nod and slowly go in he's hooked up to this machine and he looks scared I don't think he can see anything I walk over to him and place my hand on his and say "I'm here it's okay I'm here" he then turns to me and says "a-angel?" he said confused I then say "yes I'm here Al you're not a-alone" I feel myself start to cry but I got to stay strong for his sake Alastar then says "i-im sorry" I then see him start to cry and I say "why were y-you there why would you g-go to that place?" I say while holding his hand and he says "he's b-back vox is back" I feel my heart stop and I say "how" Alastar then says "I'm not s----sure" he then falls unconscious I call a nurse in to be safe and the nurse said he's fine he just needs some rest so I sit with him for a bit and don't leave his side

2 hours later

I'm resting near his bed on a chair and I hear him speak "a-angel?" I then wake up and try to smile at him and say "hey al how you feeling now" Al then looks around and says "I can see anything angel it's all dark" I then hold his hand tightly so he knows I'm here with him and I say "it's okay Al I'm here" he then said "how long have I been here?" I then say "about 27 hours or so" he's not smiling and it breaks me to see him like this and he asks "I'm not in very good shape am I" I then say "your going to be fine al" I say as optimisticly as I can but I can feel the shake in my voice and I'm pretty sure I'm crying I can't lose him

it's been about a week he's still going but barley and when he's asleep he mumbles things the gang came round a few days ago when they heard but he was in no way of talking to them and he hasn't said anything for a long week and I'm getting worried about him

2 days later

mimzy should up to visit and she looked angry and confused and all these other emotions she then asked me "who did this to him" I then say "he said vox did it to him but that's impossible he told me he erased him 2 years ago" mimzy then out nowhere was just gone I don't know what she's planning to do but I don't think it's good

3rd person pov

mimzy was walking down a street and she yelled "I know your there come out now!" and then the shadow creature engaged and said "why have you called me here is there a problem?" and mimzy then says "are deal was that I keep Alastar out of the way of your plans and you don't hurt him" and the shadow creature then said "yes yes I remember and why do you remind me of are deal?" Mimzy then says "why is he dying in hospital and Alastar is saying your toy vox did it" the shadow creature then had a look of anger on his face and he snapped his fingers and vox appeared and the creature then held vox up by the throat and said "I told you not to kill him" vox then coughs and tries to breathe and says "I didn't I just stabbed him with the knife you gave me" the shadow creature tightened his grip and said "that knife was designed by me to slowly break down his body and he'll die and if he dies  I'll never be free and you'll return to the place I pulled you from" vox then says "I ain't going back there ever" the shadow creature then said "I could send you back so easily it would so easy too but I need you alive and I need him alive" vox then said "what should I do?" the shadow then said "you've done enough I shall take things into my own hands or should I say shadow hands" the shadow then dropped vox and turned to mimzy and said "soon we will all have what we desire" the shadow then disappeared and left mimzy and vox In the ally

at the hospital

alastar layed for unaware he is slowly dying angel goes to the bathroom and the shadow appears and locks the door and walks over to Alastar and says "I'm sorry my child I didn't want you like this" Alastar still hasn't recovered his vision and for the first time in awhile he says something "w-w-wh-who's t-th-t-th-there?" the shadow then placed his hand on Alastars head and Alastar passed out the shadow creature then put his hand on Alastars wound and a bright light appeared and his wound was healed and the shadow says "you will survive but you'll be- well you'll find out" the shadow creature then disappeared and angel came back into the room unaware of what just happened

angels pov

I walk over to Alastar and sit next to him he seems to have fallen asleep which he's done alot

few minutes later

alastars then opens his eyes and looks directly at me and he says "h-hello angel" I then say "you can see me?" he then nodded and I said "well it's good to know your getting better" Alastar then said "w-was there anyone e-else h-here?" I then shaked my head and said "well mimzy was here a few hours ago" Alastar then said "oh ne-never mind t-then"

a month later

alastar was finally allowed out of the hospital it took awhile for him to recover I honestly thought he wouldn't make it and now he's finally able to leave but I've noticed he's been looking stressed it's probably just that he hasn't been out for awhile but my gut is telling me it's something else I had to help him walk out of the hospital I guess now he actually does need that cane

alastar pov

I can finally leave this place they told me that I might never walk probably again so I guess I'll use my can now as I was leaving the hospital angel kept insisting he help me walk which I wasn't really complaining about I then return home and now theres vox I have to deal with I'm sure I'll see him again and we'll I think me surviving wasn't just luck I think something or someone saved me but for what reason I do not know but answers will come eventually but there is something else and I don't think I can tell angel because this has to be a complete secret but I can't use my powers the other times this has happened I could at least feel them but I can't feel anything there nothing there I think I've lost my powers
