Looking For You (Dream x Reader)

Chapter Twelve

~~Y/N Pov~~

After we finished our nice cream, Dream decided to take me back home, I told him that I want to spend more time here, but he refused saying:

"Y/N it's not healthy to sleep 3 hours in the day, even if you are used to it, I can't accept it, I was ok with it in the beginning because the situation needed to, but since you don't have an excuse, you will sleep" he scolds, even if he was right, I felt upset that I won't see him for a while

He sights and put a hand on my shoulder "listen Y/N, I really like to company you, and I enjoy spending time with you, and it's also hard for me to make such a decision, but it's for your own good" he explained himself

But nope, I was still stubborn and didn't exchange him a look

"Come one Y/N don't act like that, look at me" he desperately said bending his head to the direction I was looking at, but I turned my head to the other side, yep, I am messing with him, also, procrastinate to spend more time with him, but that doesn't mean I am not upset

"Y/N please talk to me" he said, I gave up and looked at him "I don't care about my health if that means I will be with you" I said

"But I do care Y/N"

I sight "fine, if you say so" I said not convinced, but it's just hard for me to say -no- to him

He smiled "ok so, to not make you wait a lot, I will come again next week, ok?"

"But you are going to take me to another AU" I demanded

He laughed "of course" then he suddenly hugged me "I will miss you"

I blinked and my heart jumped for a second "I wIlL mIsS mE toO- I MEAN-" I took a deep breath and hugged back "I will miss you too"

The hug lasted for a minute without him or me saying a thing, I found myself nuzzling to his shirt, 'I just realized how much I like his smell' I thought, faint cosy warm smell, thats it

He pulled away "ok let's take you home now" I noticed the yellow blush on his cheeks

He opened a portal to my house, I passed through it, but he didn't follow, nor did the portal disappear, we are going to leave each other for only a week, but it seems so hard on him, as it is to me

"So...see you next week?" He finally managed to spoke

"Yeah, in the same time" I answered swinging forward and backwards by standing on my toe-tips for a moment, then on my foot at the moment that follows it

"Ok then...bye" he waved

"Bye.." I waved back, then the portal was gone, I huffed and then entered the house

It's finally the day, a week past without Dream or 3 hours of sleep, I managed to get enough hours of sleep, like 8 hours a day, and that's actually relaxing, yeah it's right that I used to the 3 hours thing and it wasn't hard to finish the day, but it's still really tiring me

I looked at the clock, it was 12 am, I was excited and nervous to finally see Dream after all of this time, I really missed him and I would do everything to see him today again
