English, the class with the new teacher, one of the people that everyone talked about besides Aurora. She was stunning, short blonde hair, fair skin, and a slim figure, an absolute Goddess compared to Rosalie and she knew it, she seemed perfect, too perfect to Edward and Alice and her mere presence put them on edge.

“Good Afternoon, everyone,” She smiled, pearly whites dazzling the class for a moment, “I’m your Advance English teacher, Miranda Merlin, nice to meet you all.” She glanced around to meet everyone’s eyes, lingering on the two Cullens in the room and most definitely lingering onto Aurora who stared back in awe.

“How about everyone introduce themselves, before we get started?” She pointed to Aurora,
“Since you're new, how about you introduce yourself first?” Miranda grinned, she was making everyone feel giddy, yet the Cullen’s couldn’t help but feel a little distressed and it seemed like they were the only ones feeling this way, because everyone else just seemed excited.

“Aurora Swan, I like pink.” She shyly mumbled, once again, she didn’t have a very loud voice to begin with, yelling was like loudly talking to her with her normal speaking sounding barely above a whisper, but no one bothered to say anything, they didn’t mention how they could barely hear her, and Miranda didn’t do anything but nod.

“I figured,” She chuckled, “your little outfit is pretty cute like you.” She sent a wink and Aurora’s entire face turned a shade of red.

“Now, let's start here and move down.” SHe dragged a painted nail from the first row to the last, and for the rest of her class period everyone talked and got to know the new teacher who seemed outlandishly beautiful.

“Edward.” Alice glanced at him, “something’s off about her, something’s really off.” Her eyes narrowed down into a glare, “she seems to be perfect, untouchable almost.” She didn’t like this feeling of being threatened and it seemed like Miranda had an idea about how they were feeling, because she did nothing but cockily grinned everytime she met their wandering eyes, but that could be a mere coincidence.

“She’s like Aurora.” He stared long and hard at the woman that was joking with a few other students across the room, “though instead of nothing, it just feels empty, like my thoughts are being projected back to me.” He groaned, it felt uncomfortable when he was trying to focus on it, and he didn’t think he could stay in this class because of that, but then they’ll be one pair of eyes short on Aurora.

“That's not normal,” Alice almost growled, she didn’t like the woman, the woman had to go, she felt threatened everytime she brushed or even talked to Aurora, why didn't she know but she was reacting worse than when Bella had gone to attack the girl.

“Calm down,” Edward nudged her, a few students were starting to hear her growls and he had to stop her before they pinpointed the sound, “I feel this way with Aurora also, but her mind just feels hazy when she seems to be lost in thought, gives me a floating feeling.” He frowned, “we can’t do anything but report back to everyone once we get home.” He felt like taking a deep breath, his chest felt heavy and he didn’t know why, his whole body felt weird and he could only assume it’s because of the new teacher. He’d never felt that way before until she came around and he knew that’ll be a problem, this was something his family would have to have a serious discussion over.

“Edward,” He looked up, his eyes widening when he noticed the woman he was thinking of was standing right in front of his desk, “I’ve been calling you for about two minutes now.” She was still smiling though there was some amusement lingering behind those bright brown eyes of her’s.

“Ah, sorry Miss Merlin.” If he could blush, he would, the thoughts of everyone poking fun at him was overwhelming and he wished he had chosen Jasper to share this class with instead of Alice, “what was it that you said?” She chuckled.

“Introduce yourself silly, tell me a little something about yourself.” She smiled, “your sister?” She gave a false look of confusion, “can go next and we’ll be finished for the day considering this is everyone's first day back.” She smiled at Alice, though the pixie only ignored her and continued to stare at Aurora who was listening to whatever some girl was saying.

“Ugh, okay.” He grimaced, he’ll get it over with just so the woman could get out his face.

“Okay then, but please pay attention to my class otherwise I’ll have to send you to the principal's office.” She seemed a little too happy about that, and it unsettled him, they had a new principle, nobody had seen him yet, but that’s because it’s a new school year, he was positive once someone saw him the rumors were going to spread and he knew that would have to be something they’ll have to pay attention to.
