eleven-thirty a.m
As Y/N as eating leftovers from Daichi's Christmas dinner with Asahi and Nishinoya, she got a text on her phone.
She put her fork down and looked at the screen.

Y/N chuckled and got up to open the front door.
When she opened it, Yachi was excitedly waiting for Y/N to be there.
"Hitoka, are you okay?" She asked.
Yachi squealed and jumped up into Y/N's arms.
Confused, she still hugged her back but was caught off guard.
"Uhm, I take it everything went well with your mom?" She chuckled.
"Oh my god, it went more than well! It went amazing!" She said.
Y/N put her down and Yachi's eyes had sparkles in them, she was so happy.
"Really?"
"Yeah! Oh my- Okay, so it was a little intense at first cause I wasn't the one to tell her."
"Wait what?"
"Sh! Just listen." Yachi laughed.
Y/N nodded and listened to her.
Yachi continued to ramble about last night while Y/N listened contently.
She couldn't understand most of it because Yachi was scrambling and stumbling over words so Y/N tried her best.
"And then we watched Christmas movies and it was better than I could have ever anticipated." She finsihed.
Yachi breathed out and realized how winded she got.
"Oh wow, I forgot to breath." She chuckled.
"That's great, sunflower. I'm so happy for you!" Y/N pulled her in for another hug.
She was so proud of Yachi for finally telling her mom.
"Thank you. I couldn't have done it without you anyways." She smiled.
Yachi kept her arms around Y/N's neck before pulling her down to kiss her.
These two had an amazing school year ahead of them now that they don't have to keep each other a secret.
