It all stared with my aunt trying to set me up with her friend's son. Little did I know I would fall for him let alone for him to be the caption of the Dallas Stars.

Lucy and I moved into my house and we announced to her fans and frankly the world that we were married. The responses have been mostly positive, which is nice. Our house also now looks like a floral shop since everyone is sending us congratulations flowers.
Honestly, our lives haven't really changed, besides us actually living together, but even that we already did.
I had decided to celebrate my birthday at home with Lucy, since I honestly don't care about my birthday. I am 31 now and I am getting old. I can't believe I have known Lucy for a little over 2 years now. But Lucy made me a cake and gave me a gold jade necklace that she got when she was in Thailand a few years back. it is supposed to keep your loved one safe. She got one for her and her future husband. Which is me.

It is now the end of July and I have to pack to go into the bubble. I know Lucy is sad that we will be a part, but I think Lucy and Alex were planning to head back to Toronto to be with their families as Tyler and I are in the bubble.
L: hey you got everything?
J: Yeah just need to grab my toiletries.
She leans up the door.
J: Hey come here.
She walks over to me and sits in my lap.
J: Hey it is only going to be two months tops. Then I will be home.
L: I know, but I am still going to miss you.
J: I am going to miss you too baby.
L: Alex and I were thinking of driving up to Austin for a week before. flying to LA then back to Toronto.
J: Yeah just be safe. What were you planning on doing in LA?
L: We were going to pick up Meg and Kelsey.
J: I am not telling you what to do, but please be safe.
She kisses me on the cheek.
L: I know. Alex and I are going to call Uncle Rick and Uncle Aaron to make sure that they are safe and quarantined before we drive up. So we will be here for about another two weeks. Then we are going to make sure Kelsey and Meg are tested and negative before flying to Toronto.
J: Are you flying private? I don't know how I feel about you flying with strangers who we don't know if they are sick or not.
L: Yes baby we are renting out a jet.
J: Ok good.
She leans her head on me.
J: Hey just know that the longer I stay the better I am doing in there.
L: I know but you have already won so many cups. Can't you just like not win one this year and come home early?
