Mardox had just started to close the hatch on his base when a blue-haired Ezra feel through, screaming and flailing. Mardox reacted accordingly. "Hold still!" He yelled at Ezra as he activated his jet-boots and shot up to catch him. He rocketed up and met Ezra in the middle. He grabbed his waist and slung him over his shoulder like a sack of melurons. "You-You saved me!" Ezra was stunned he wasn't dead. Mardox was silent during their descent. As he reached the ground, he flipped Ezra on to his back in the direction of the door. He landed and started to fiddle with the dials on his gauntlet. "Hit the blue button and head to the surface. Invite the rest of your friends down here." Ezra got up, opened the door and ran up the stairs.
