One of the Madrigals you never pay attention to bumps into you, with his dominance and toxic behaviour towards you, you can't seem to get him off your mind even though you think he despises you. Could this be enemies to lovers perhaps? Could you bri...
She quickly comes back with a pastel yellow dress with white flowers. I smile at her, the dress she chose was so beautiful.
"Oh my god, thank you so much, how could I ever thank you enough?" I ask her before she hands me the dress.
"Just make Camilo happy," she says, "he's been in a very good mood lately...thanks to you y/n," she says with a smile.
I quickly hug her, "will do"
"Come on, you better get ready, you don't want to leave him waiting," she says before leaving the bathroom.
I turn on the hot water and run my hands through it, it was so warm and nice. I take the shampoo and put some in my hair.
..............
I quickly put on the dress and dry my hair staring at myself in the mirror. Once I finished, I met Camilo waiting in his room.
"Finallyyyyy," he says before walking me out the door.
"Did I really take that long?" I ask him.
"Not really, I like that dress though."
"It's Mirabel's," I smile.
"I like the colour, it's pretty."
I blush.
We walk out of the Casita on a cool sunny day. My favourite type of weather. I was really excited about spending time with Camilo, especially getting to paint with him. We walk to the pottery shop which was just around the corner of the bakery. As we walked by the bakery, I saw Samuel walk out of the door. He looks towards us.
I hide my face. I felt bad that he saw us together. Samuel and I haven't spoken since the day I ditched him with Dolores.
"What's wrong?" Camilo asks before he looks towards the bakery, "ohhh."
He quickens his pace so Samuel is no longer staring at us. I could still feel him stare at us.
We see the pottery shop, it was a very small shop with lots of pots on display on the stand. Camilo looks around and points to me a few pots he likes. I found it interesting that he liked this sort of stuff.
"Do you want this one, you can leave it on your bedside table or something?" he says pointing to the small one. It had two handles with carefully detailed flowers on them. It was actually really pretty, when I looked closer, I noticed little patterns on the inside.
"Yeah, I actually really like this one," I smile before he takes the other one next to it. The one he chose was quite similar but it was bigger and had more detailed patterns.
He pays for both and we exit the shop, going to the art supplies shop.
"Do you like painting?" he asks looking at me.
"Hmm, I've never really painted before, I prefer cooking more," I say looking at his face. He scrunched his nose.
"I can't cook without setting the kitchen on fire."
"I mean you didn't when you cooked with Julieta the other day," I laugh.
"I meant by myself," he mumbles.
I laugh.
The art supplies shop wasn't too far, once we got there, Camilo bought a few brushes and paint. Once we left the shop, we dropped by the bakery, I was hungry so Camilo told me to wait outside to avoid being seen by Samuel.
I stand outside waiting for him. I took a little peep through the window and see Camilo ordering and being served by...Samuels dad?
"Oh hi there," I hear a voice say beside me.
I turn around and see Samuel again. He looked at me and smiled, his dimples pop out. I couldn't help but smile back.
"Hey Samuel," I say trying not to sound awkward.
"What you up to?" he asks. He's acting like I didn't ditch him the other day...weird.
"Oh, I was just buying a few art supplies with Camilo," I say before I hear the door open.
I look over to see Camilo walking out with a cookie in his mouth.
"Oh hey Samuel," he says not trying to sound rude.
"Hey Camilo, yeah y/n, I guess I'll see you around," he says before entering the shop.
"Cya," I say in a small voice.
That was so awkward, I didn't know how to talk to Samuel any more and I felt bad. I've regretted going out with him ever since because now it felt like he's slowly starting to like me and I don't want to lead him on at all.
"What did he want?" Camilo asks before handing me the paper bag of cookies.
"Oh he just wanted to say hi, we didn't talk that much," I say taking a cookie. They were warm and soft. I bit into it, I love cookies with a chewy texture, "MMMm these taste pretty good."
He smiles, I know right, I don't really like hard cookies before taking another bite.
We arrive at the Casita and went upstairs to his room. This time it was set up with a desk and couch, it looked like a study room...and of course, there was a massive mirror in front of us. I look on the other side of the room and noticed there was a small hoop on the wall.
I take a piece of paper and scrunch it up, taking a shot a few metres away from the hoop. It goes in perfectly.
"I'm better," he says smirking at me before scrunching up a piece. He takes a few more steps away from me and shoots, "this one's for you," he smirks.
I watch him throw the little scrunched up paper and completely miss the hoop. I turn to look at him and see him make another shot. This time it goes in.
"See?" he says.
I laugh, "I'm still better."
