Helix In! Well, it's time for those long-awaited moment! Now, I won't distract and let's get into it!
That approval for that operation of mine was rather unexpected, but a welcome thing, but I do need to talk this out with someone, that much I need.
I continued to walk down the halls all the way to the outdoors of the base, some fresh sand-filled air will help, surely!
And as I continued to walk the halls, my mind began to query itself, wondering on what my plan would be aside from rushing in stabbing Weiss, maybe lopping off her head and running away.
'Ok...that is very tempting, yet also tactically stupid.' I berate myself.
'Though humiliating her or rather exposing her can provide me good closure.' I told myself.
'As for the acquisition of the Relic. Hmmm I'm going to need to convince Amber to open the door, or I'll have to do something I'm gonna regret.' I mutter to myself, naturally, this will be way harden than I initially thought off.
"Times like these make me wish I've done this months ago." I say to myself out loud.
"Ah...sorry." I say to those near me as I immediately rush out of the corridor, needed to speak with someone.
And as I walked the corridors of the place, I bumped into an unexpected sight, Sabrina. My mind was surprised as I immediately brought myself back into proper poise.
"Oh John, nice to bump into you." She greets me.
"Hi Sam." I greet back at her.
"What's up?" She asks.
"Well, I wanted to actually speak with you." I say to her as she tilted her head.
"Oh? And what would that be?" She asked.
"I'd...prefer we speak this in my room, need some advice." I tell her.
"Not sure why you need advice from your junior, but alright." She sasses me as I rolled my orange eyes.
"Oh haha Sam. Don't toy with me." I say to her as I lead the way back to the room.
"Lead the way then, my captain." I heard her muse as we walk
(Timeskip brought to you by Chibi Jaune and Sabrina bonding with each other as they practiced their swordplay)
A few minutes passed as I got back to my quarters, with Sabrina on my tail as I plopped on my bed.
"So, my dear captain, what was it that you wanted to talk about?" She asks me as she plopped onto the bed with me.
"Well...Turns out the Commander was alright with my request for a team to be sent to Vale." I tell her as she nods in approval and nuzzled my cheek.
"Look at you, getting him to say yes." Sabrina chirps as I hummed.
"Yeah hehe. Gave good points to the Commander." I told her as she nods.
"Though...why didn't you just finish off that white haired girl? You always did have a vendetta for her?" She asks me.
Ah...That.
"Well...I wanted to do my vengeance by honor, it's what I'm taught. And even I have standards, blame Vampiric powers if you want!" I explain to her, to which my boo giggled.
"You flatter me and still adorable." She compliments.
"Haha yeah." I speak as I continued to gather my thoughts.
"He also mentioned that I should ready a new group and retrieve both that girl in the statis tube and whatever's inside the place." I told her.
"Understood." She replies, now what else could we do?
'Oh wait!' It hit me as I sat her up.
"Good. Now, do you want to play a game? I'm a bit bored and have free time." I offered as she nods rapidly.
"Albion? I don't mind." She says to me as she and I got into a less lewd position and got our personal devices out and boot up the game.
"When was the last time got to play this?" She asked as I turned my head to her and looked up to the ceiling with perplexed thought.
"Hmmm I'd say...a month and a half? Life in the Knights isn't one that leaves much of free time for games, huh?" I quip to her.
"No kidding Knight-Sergeant." She says as a small chirp came from our phones and lo and behold, the game was ready to play.
"Well? Let's have a bit of fun." I tell her as the two of us played our game, leaning against one another as had our fun.
And while I wanted Erwin to be here, I figured he had more crucial things to do, and right now, I want to be here with my girl.

First off, I am incredibly sorry for not being able to update my stories for over a month as I haven't been able to focus on my works with school coming in and out and haven't found time to work on my stories.
