RWBY: Jaune Arc, The Guardian

Chapter 6- Hunting

Helix in! I'm back, Now like in the previous chapter, this'll be a chapter of some nice Hunting, I hope you guys will like this, and now, onto the chapter. 

(The day after the dinner thingy)

(Jaune's POV)

I was in the training room, before the interesting night in my life happened. Erwin is with me as we now had metal weapons, Erwin seems to be wielding a saber/dagger weapon. As for me, I had a Longsword, almost reminding me of Crocea Mors', and a Shield, not bad, but no gun for me to use. 

"Alright, Jonathan, As you've noticed we now have metal weapons and I've brought out my lovely weapon, his name is Stolzer Ritter, a trick weapon. Now, you've noticed that while you have a sword and shield, I have two weapons, so watch out for that." Erwin said as he pointed out certain things about his combat style and mine, I'll have to adapt mine to his.

"While you have the advantage of carrying extra defense, I'm able to dish out more damage while risking myself to attacks, now you'll need to know on when to dodge, dash, block and parry since they can help your body from constantly regenerating wounds." Erwin continued as I nodded, taking note that his style is leaning on Offense rather than Defense. 

"Let's begin." Erwin finished as I raised my shield up in defense as he readied his sabre/dagger weapon. 

'Ruby would be interested in this weapon, but I doubt she'll use it since she loves her Crescent Rose than anything else, besides her team.' I thought as I then focused on my opponent

Erwin rushed me as I raised my shield up as my shield arm took the brunt of hit, while the shield softened the blow as he turned the blade around, the dagger now in front as I instinctively dodged to Erwin's left as he had a smile, his blade at the ready. 

"Good, you've learning. Now, dodging is often a life-saver as avoid attacks without being hit, provided you timed it right." Erwin told me as gave some tips as I nodded. 

He then pulled out the knife out of it's socket as he placed it on his freehand, now having two weapons, increasing his attack power and speed. 

I readied myself for whatever will come at me, poor fool was I. 

He then did some light combo attacks as he used both the sword and dagger to hit me, while I still kept my guard. 

I retaliated with some light attacks as dodged a thrust attack of mine as he went behind me, slashing at my body.

"AHHHHH!!!!" I yelled out a pained cry as Erwin still kept the attack as I managed to lock swords with me, my Aura helping, although I gotta be careful. 

"Even if you're knocked down and that Aura of yours goes down, keep fighting, regardless if it's on or no." Erwin said to me as he dropped kicked me as I tripped and fell, Erwin's sword at the tip of my throat. 

"I've got you now." he said as I noticed his legs were exposed, but still firm. Then a sudden epiphany came to me as I realized something. 

I then made my move as I swept his legs as he became staggered, enough for me to trip him as I got back with my weapons, just in time as Erwin got up.

"Good, but don't use that move all the time, who knows who you'll run into." Erwin said, commending me, but also giving me a tip

He then rushed me as he did some horizontal slashes with both blades as I while I was able to handle the blows, I panted since those attacks kinda hurt. 

I then went for a thrusting attack, hitting him, staggering him a bit, blood coming out of his skin a bit. 

And I hesitated, seeing blood come out of him. I've fought Grimm beofre and I've only fought Humans and Faunus through sparring matches, but to the point where blood came out of them, I can't.
