It's been a week since that incident in the library and I have tried as much as possible to ignore it

I never stay idle for fear of being reminded, I have vowed never to go to the library and it was my favorite place in the whole house well now it's the garden which I didn't know existed till yesterday when mr Hugh's mother showed me it was a small glass building located at the back of the house with  a swing  bench for sitting there was another door  by the side of the house but I haven't been able to explore it as it was kept firmly locked by a padlock.

I didn't know who to ask and so I let it be

I lowered myself to the swing bench with a novel in hand ready to get into it minutes into it

"Here you are.." I have been looking all over for you a very familiar voice states I raised my head to look at the intruder

"Noah... I squealed as I rush into his embrace of course my tummy doesn't allow it

"Look at you looking all glowing and all"

"Oh please I weigh more than a whale and walk like a waddling duck so stop with the lie"

"I'm not Lying love" he says in that sweet British accent I love so much "why ever would I lie to you"

"Noah...I didn't know you were here already" Hugh says his eyes roaming from me to Noah as I realized we were still in our embrace I immediately unwrap my arms from around him.

As he walks to do that bro hugs thingy that guys did

"I just arrived man and I thought I'd say hello to my Normani first" the endearment cause Hugh to first stare in my direction the look in his eyes unreadable and then Noah who had an amused look on his face one he morphed into seriousness when Hugh turned to stare at him

"Hmm... alright let's go inside we've got a lot of work to do" he states without another look in my direction he immediately walks into the house

"Come on Normani we have a surprise party to prepare"

Oh that's right

Today was Alexandra birthday and Hugh was planning a surprise party for her

I can't believe I forgot it was part of the reasons why I hadn't wished her a happy birthday this morning because Hugh had said he wanted it to seem like we all forgot her birthday when we didn't

I woke up to my cell phone ringing checking the time it's 7:30pm "oh my gosh" I gasp once I realized where I was and who was slept besides me

My phone ringing again interrupts my thought
"Hello..... I answer without checking the caller

"Baby where are you" Hugh speaks on the other line 

"I'm on my way....there's Umm.. a bit of traffic but I'm on my way" with that I immediately slide on my jeans grateful to see that I wasn't completely naked next I slip on my top grabbing my purse I Beelined for the door left the house got in my car and zoomed straight for my house

Sparing no glance at my surroundings I immediately rushed into the house only to be met with darkness and soon a loud chorus of "Happy Birthday!!!

I squealed and then the darkness disappeared to reveal the faces of people I was very familiar with

And I couldn't help but think to myself

Oh my God what have you done Alexandra

"Happy birthday Baby" Hugh says grinning as he attempts to give me a kiss one which I avoided subtly

"Happy birthday girl!!! Sheila squeals as she hugs me then it was Hugh's mum mrs Candace who gave me a warm motherly hug and then a kiss on my forehead next it was Noah and then

"Happy birthday miss Alexandra many more years to come" Normani says with a large grin on her face I avoided her hug not as subtle as I would have liked cause it seems she noticed but refused to speak on it something I was grateful for

"It's Alexandra Normani I've told you a billion times" I tell her with a smile one which she returned
