The large oak doors of the orphanage swung open with a creak, allowing a shaft of sunlight to spill into the dimly lit entryway. The sound of children's laughter filled the air, echoing off the high ceilings and ornate chandeliers that adorned the grand entrance hall.

The walls were painted a soft shade of lavender, with intricate murals depicting scenes of joy and happiness. Sunlight streamed in through tall windows, casting a warm glow over the polished marble floors and plush velvet furniture.

In the playroom, colorful toys were neatly organized on shelves, while a crackling fireplace provided a cozy ambiance for storytelling and games. The gardens outside were a riot of color, with vibrant flowers and manicured lawns inviting the children to explore and play.

It was clear that this was not just any orphanage, but a place of refuge and hope for the children who had found themselves without a family. The Eunjoo felt a sense of peace wash over her as she watched the children play. As Eunjoo stood there observing the children, she noticed an old grandfather slowly making his way towards them. His gentle smile and wise eyes immediately drew her attention.

The old man knelt beside one of the children, a young boy with a timid expression on his face. His weathered hands reached out to offer the boy a small toy, and his warm voice filled the air as he spoke softly to him.

Heesung and Dareum ran toward the grandfather as soon as they saw him coming.

"Haraboji! ~ ", they shouted excitedly. The grandfather warmly opened his arms for a hug.

Eunjoo stood back, watching the heartwarming scene unfold before her. She could see the love and care in the old man's eyes as he interacted with the children, and she couldn't help but feel a sense of warmth in her own heart.

As Heesung and Dareum happily chattered away with their beloved grandfather, Eunjoo couldn't help but feel a pang of envy. She had never known the love and affection of a family, never experienced the bond that these children shared with their grandfather.

Lost in her thoughts, Eunjoo didn't notice as the old man turned to her, a curious look in his eyes. "And who might you be, my dear?" he asked kindly.

Startled out of her reverie, Eunjoo stammered and bowed in respect, " I-I am Sook Eunjoo-".

"Haraboji, Eunjoo is my friend. I brought her here for a tour ", Dareum quickly continued before Eunjoo could say anything.

The grandfather nodded his head and looked at Eunjoo with a slight doleful smile.

"Noona~ ", another excited voice came from behind.

It was Niki.

He came jogging towards them with excited steps and Dareum opened her arms to embrace him in a hug.

Niki ran past Dareum and instead threw his arms around Eunjoo, enveloping her in a warm and tight hug. Eunjoo was taken aback by the sudden display of affection but couldn't help but feel a sense of comfort wash over her.

Heesung's eyes widened in surprise at the unexpected gesture, while Dareum's face turned into a scowl. She took a step back, crossing her arms over her chest in annoyance.

"Eunjoo noona, I missed you! I missed your food too ", Niki exclaimed, his eyes shining with happiness.

Eunjoo returned the hug, feeling the warmth and affection. She couldn't help but smile at Niki's exuberance, grateful for his presence at that moment.
