Chapter 33

Avery's POV
I woke up feeling sick and I bolted to the bathroom. After emptying my stomach I showered. 'Rosa' I whispered 'yes!' she snapped 'never mind' I said softly. 'Im sorry Avery I went momma wolf for a minute' she laughed nervously.

Momma wolf?

I hurriedly washed and dressed in high waisted shorts,a crop too, a brown sweater, and brown combat boots. I curled my hair and did no make up. 'Lauren, Indya I need you guys' I said frantically over mind link.

'Coming' they said and there was a knock at the door "that was fast" I whispered and opened the door. "Come on" I took their hands and drug them to the pack doctors. "Avery what's going on?" Indya asked "you will see" I said as wen entered the hospital.

"Hello Luna what can I do for you?" Doctor Mia said surprised. "Mia can we get a room please?" I asked and she nodded. "Right this was please" she lead us to a room, I locked the door. "Sit" I told my friends "Avery our scaring us" Mia said.

"I think I'm pregnant" I breathed meeting her eye. Lauren and Indya squealed and hugged me tightly "that's great!" Mia chirped "come lay down" she pointed to the bed. Lauren sat on the left and Indya the right "please lift up your shirt" Mia said holding jell.

"This might be cold" she said and smeared it on my tummy I flinched from the cold. She put this monitor on my tummy "look at the screen" she said and we did. There was a tiny little body. Mia frowned and looked closer. "Is there something wrong?" I asked sadly and she shook her head smiling now.

"Nope the babies are fine" she grinned "babies? As in two?" I said and she nodded. Twins, I'm having twins. Happy tears spilled over my cheeks and Mia wiped off the jell. "Congrats Luna, come back soon for the genders" Mia smiled at left us.

Lauren and Indya hugged me cheering how happy there were and they would be the best Aunts ever. "Wait how can she tell there are two?" Indya asked looking at me "it's my genes" I whispered.

My white wolf.

"What genes Avery" Lauren said "white wolf" I said calmly looking at them. "Shit, have you got your powers yet?" Indya paced now and I shook my head. I wrapped my arms around my tummy "Ava is protecting them" Lauren snapped her fingers and I nodded.

'Avery they are here' Eros growled in my head and I paled. "Guys my family is here" and they paled as well. "We are going" they coursed and drug me from the room 'Ava cover our scent' I told her softly.

'Will do' she said happily. I held onto Lauren and I to arm as we descended the stairs, I heard multiple cars pulling into the drive. "Go outside" I whispered to them and Lauren nodded.

Lauren: aka the top female pack warrior, badass and my best friend. Will hurt anyone who hurts me, also my sister, protector and all around BFF

Indya: aka the teddy bear, she and I are the weirdo books nerds, my sister and best friend. She would kill someone for me, protector, BFF, and sister.

I started shaking as we neared the door but Eros beat us to it "they will die" he growled and took me from my friends. Lauren and Indya flanked us as we stood waiting for them to get from their cars.

First my parents, then Maddox, Adonis, and a pregnant Anna. My mouth fell open when Adonis kissed her and she kissed him back. Their mates. I feel so betrayed, but I kept my cool. They walked slowly to us like in the movies.

I tapped my foot willing them to go faster. "Alpha Maddox" Eros sneered and Maddox smiled smugly "Alpha Eros" he taunted and his eyes found me. "Avery" he breathed and my 'families' eyes snapped to me.

"Alpha Maddox" I spit and their mouthed fell open "I can talk, moving on" I growled and Eros grinned down at me. "She kissed me with that mouth" he gloated and my mom gasped.

"What do you want?" I crossed my arms over my chest "we want you home" Adonis said with watery eyes. I scoffed "didn't seem that way what, four f****** years go" I roared and they all flinched back. Lauren and Indya snickered.

"Come home" Maddox said taking a step towards me, Eros pushed me behind his back and snarled loudly. "Over my dead body" he threatened his eyes going a deadly black. "That can be arranged" Maddox grinned and cracked his knuckles.

My family back up when Maddox punched Eros sending him to the floor. But he slowly rose and spit blood on Maddox's face. "You little shit" he yelled and punched Maddox I had never seen Eros so mad before.

It scared me.

Blow after blow he punched Maddox. Anna was crying as well as my 'parents'. "You monster" Anna spat "he looked for you. And now you let your mate beat him" she hissed. This was like a slap to the face.

"You aren't the Avery I know" she shook her head as the tears fell "your right, she died along ago" I said cooly and focused on my mate. Maddox was bloody, his nose broke, and his lip cut.

"Eros if you punch one more time I swear to god I'll walk away" my voice was shaky. His eyes snapped to mine "bluff" he snarled and turned back to Maddox and swung his fist.

I turned my back and grabbed Lauren's and hand along with Indya. We ran into the house "pack your bags,we are going on vacation" I told them. They looked at me warily and saw my tear stained face.

"Ok, we will pack for you. Write a note and get Alyssa" Indya said and squeezed my hand before she left. I nodded.

Dear, Eros
I'm scared

That was all I wrote. I found Alyssa with a bag packed "oh honey" she said and hugged me. "I heard it all" she cooed and rubbed my back as I cried. "And I'm coming with you" she said calmly.

I nodded, right now I needed her and my friends.

"Have you been to the Caribbean?" she asked me.
