LEVI POV
“All of the candidates of Moon and Star of Engineering please proceed in the field after class. I repeat All of the candidates of Moon and Star of Engineering please proceed in the field after class. Thank you.”
I sighs.
“I really don't want to come.” Frenz says then lean on my shoulder.
“Me too.” I said with 'not interested' look.
“Why not? It's fun, guys. Believe me.” Reican said then dragged me and Frenz.
It's already 5 pm and now they want us to go to field for the interview. We finished the punishment that the hazers give to us late but I still need to stay here?! They are really cruel.
“There there sit down both of you.” she said and force me and Frenz to sit in the chair.
“No more absent?” the girl in the front asks us. I'm not in the mood so I just look at her without so much expression. “I'm sorry to say this but we can't start at this moment. The last year Moon of Engineering who is also the Winner of this Moon competition is in Fine Arts faculty. He still not done with the interview he said he will be here in 10 minutes.” she said then she left us.
“Who is the Moon of Engineering last year?” Reican ask me but I also don't know so she look at the other side.
“P'Zen.” the girl said.
“Ohh I thought he didn't go to school now?” Reican
“He go to school at 3 pm because he need to interview us, that's what I heard.”
“Do you think we will need to go home late?” Frenz whisper
“Frenz, it's already late. It's 5 pm.” I said then open my phone to text P'Kai.
Levi: P'Kai I'm in the field right now. I'm one of the candidates for the Moon thing. I don't know if what time I'll be home.
“Who are you texting?” Frenz asks.
“P'Kai I said I didn't know if what time I'll be home.”
“You're close to your brother that's nice.”
“Hmm yeah.”
Kai: I'll wait for you.
Levi: Are you sure? No need to wait for me if you are busy.
Kai: I'm not busy I don't need to tutor anyone right now.
Levi: Okay
“What did he say?”
“He will wait for me.”
“Ahh nice.” he shows a thumbs up. I chuckled.
Minutes passed when I see my brother walking towards us. He hold a plastic bag full of snacks.
“Hello, P'Kai.” we all greet him.
He smile thinly then give us the plastic bag full of snacks. “You all need to eat.”
“Thank you, P'Kai!”
“Eat this, Levi.” I eat the sandwich before looking at him.
“Why did you buy so many snacks?” Frenz ask P'Kai.
He smile. “I think the interviewers will be late because there's a commotion in Fine Arts.”
“Commotion?” One girl ask P'Kai. That's the time that I realized that all the 10 Engineering students are looking at P'Kai.
“Yeah. I heard the Star candidates are fighting for the top 3.”
We all nods in understanding.
“I don't want all of you to be like them, okay? No need to fight. All of you are friends and besides being in the top 5 is a blessing. All of you are doing your best that's why your friends and all of the Engineering students even the senior votes for you.”
