(Hoodie By Hey Violet)

Punz's Pov

Never in my life did I think after she left that the feelings would resurface when I saw her again. But as I stood in her doorway and watched her feel carefree again, I couldn't help but feel that warm feeling in my chest. I couldn't help but see MY Emerald. This is the girl I grew up with.

This isn't the IT girl, this is the Emerald Emrani I fell so deeply in love with. This was the girl that had my heart in a chokehold. I was even finding myself slipping up right now as she spoke to me.

"And you're completely correct for that, Luke." She nodded her head slowly, as she spoke.

That seems to be a new habit that she grew into. She twisted the bracelets around her wrist and I smiled at the memorie. She pulled her hoodie closer to her, and that's when I realized. That, still after all this time, she kept my jacket.

I was looking for the jacket forever too, then I remembered I gave it to her. I was too scared to check any of her closets, and now I find out that she had it the entire time she was gone anyways? Plus it looks like she wears that jacket everyday.

The strings look completely trashed, the zipper is still broken, and there are still burn holes from party's we went to. The dark gray color was becoming lighter. I have no idea how, and or why.

Her eyes scaled down me like she was trying to in take every small detail about the situation. But, I was doing the same. Especially since she kept my hoodie that long. Her hair was pulled into a messy ponytail, and she was wearing sweatpants. I ran my hands through my hair as I started to turn around.

"I missed you, Sunshine." I stopped in my tracks but stayed facing away from her.

I don't think if i looked at her, i would leave.

"I missed you too, Em." I responded and I walked fully out of the house.

I walked downstairs and went to the kitchen. My mother was there with Mel. Josie was talking to June, Victoria was butting in. I don't like her. She's giving me bad feelings.

"Hey, I'm heading home. I've gotta hop on the game with Nick." I checked the time on my phone and everyone nodded.

"Don't scream too loud." Josie joked, and everyone laughed.

"Fuck off." I laughed out loud before texting Sap that I was heading home.

"I'm confused..." Victoria trailed off and I crossed my arms.

"Good." I turned and started to walk outside.

I saw Em standing there and she looked mad, but also happy about the fact that I basically just told her best friend to stay out of my business. Once I got outside I put my phone on silent and started to tweet out that I was going live. I took off my jacket and threw it on my bed before loading up my pc. I locked my door and got into a VC with Sap.

"Hey hot man." I heard Sap say, causing me to laugh.

"Hey Ugly man." I responded and Sap screamed.

"Woah! That's not what your mom was saying last night!"

I rolled my eyes as I loaded Valorant up.

"You're right. That's because she wasn't with you." I shot back and I could feel his eyes roll through the call.

"Come visit me, I miss your face." He whined and I laughed, before starting my stream.

"I'm busy this week."

"Ooo lala."

"Shut up and load us into a game." I rolled my eyes before switching my screens.

"It says loading if you can't tell!" He screamed and I lowered his volume on my end.
