I was shocked by Ellie's reaction..
i thought she's gonna be angry at what i did but...
unexpected turn of events..
She understood my decision of five years ago
"I'm so sorryy.." she wept
It breaks my heart seeing her cry
"hey...look" i cupped her face
"It's all in the past.. You're back.." and i paused "You are back and it's not just you ,but you brought two little sunshines along.." i kissed her forehead
she held my hand and looked at me..with her brown hazelnut eyes
" Kayden... i have still hesitations, reservations.. but please...pleasee... this time..dont,just dont leave us please.." she wept again
i squuezed her hands
" Yes... yes.. never.. never again" and we kissed again
Third Person's POV
As the newly reconciled couple enjoy their passionate kiss.. there are two little heads peeping from the second floor
" Hey Kaleb, what's mum and dad doing..?" the little girl asked
"shh.kayla, let's get back in our room.Mums not mad anymore, and maybe we're gonna have another family member soon" the little boy replied with a smug look on her face
He then held his sister's hands and guided her to their room
"huh?" Kayla asked
"why we gonna have another family?... when?" Kayla asked with excitement
" hmmm. im still not done calculating so i do not know when. but by the looks of it, dad won mom's heart.. again." Kaleb patiently replied
" yaaaay! whatever it is im happy! We have one happy family! yaaay!" Kayla shouted
"oh! by the way kaleb, do you still have that magic thingy?" Kayla asked
"oh.. you mean this?" and the boy showed a little ring that rotates by itself when worn and locks at the finger size of the person wearing it
" yeah.. i remember you said it has powers to rule the world?" Kayla innocently asked
"hmm.. yeah, but that's on a world that you will never see, i will never allow you to see.." Kaleb's expression darkened but then regained his composure
"oh... sooo multiverse exists?" Kayla asked
"what.? no! i mean... i dont know if they exists because im not finished studying about them yet.. but this.. this is the key to the throne of the underworld." Kaleb again explained
"ohhhh... whatever it was, it sounded scary.. but.. hey!" Kayla faced kaleb and pouted and showed an angry expression with her two hands on her waist..
" make sure you dont get hurt huh?! you promised!" Kayla said to Kaleb
the little boy smiled
"ooohh so scaryyy.." and the boy patted her sisters shoulder and said " let me buy some cheesecakes for you.." and smiled lovingly at her sister
"waaah! kaleb you the best!" Kayla shrieked and the two happily ordered Kayla's cheesecakes
little did they know that... the face of underworld will appear in their lives later.. that will definitely change their lives and relationship forever.
