excuse any mistakes♥

You're fine, but besides that
I see through to your heart
You lie, I don't mind it
That's just the kind of guy that you are...T
ell me anything, everything, whatever, I wanna hear
It's the sweet little nothings that's all I need to keep me here
If you want me like you say you want me
Then you'll do whatever
Love me like you say you love me
We'll be down forever

2 months later

"Oooh I love that one" Clove said, holding up the Dior baby set.

"Me too, grab it" I agreed walking around this display to see what else they had.

Clove and I were at Saks baby shopping, something we did like every other day at this point. As promised, the last couple of months Clove has been a literal lifesaver, helping me choose what I did and didn't need, and changes with my body.

Ever since my first appointment, I have been really enjoying my pregnancy, throwing myself all in to the process. While doing this though, I couldn't help but think about Demetrius. Every day that went by I knew I was wrong, and Demetrius deserved to be a part of everything as the father, but I honestly didn't care. I felt like he didn't consider my feelings because if he did, we'd still be together and none of this would be happening. So why should I be considering his feelings?

"I can't wait for you to find out the gender, when is your appointment again?" Clove asked and I stayed quiet for a moment to think. My five month appointment is coming up, and it's the one where I requested to find out the gender, even though they offered to let me know sooner. My thought process was five months gave me more time to tell Demetrius, I did not want to find out the gender without him, as weird as it sounds.

"It's in a few days, but I think I'll reschedule until after Christmas" I replied.

"What?" Clove questioned, "Why would you do that? Then people can't get you gender specific gifts..."

"True but, I'm gonna wait until after I tell Demetrius, I think"

"Girl, if that ever happens. You need to tell him Lay" Clove lectured me and I couldn't even say anything in rebuttal because she was 100% correct.

"I will" I assured her, grabbing a chain I saw on a display. "Soon" I finished with a nod.

"Set it in the nursery pleaseeee" I called behind me to Clove who was still coming in the house with bags.

I walked into the bathroom near the kitchen, looking at my appearance. I'm carrying well if I do say so myself. My skin has such a natural glow now, and I was growing so much hair everywhere, literally. On top of that for some weird reason my lips got bigger, which I'm not complaining about. Halfway through my third month I started to really show, and now it seems like I'm bigger everyday, so I guess Dr. Jackie was right. I pulled my oversized hoodie up, rubbing my belly gently. I had expressed concerns to Dr. Jackie of my baby not moving, but she assured me this is normal for a first time pregnancy, and my baby might not have its first fetal movement for a little bit.
