After Tay visited the beach house he went back to the city that day. The following week he was scheduled to meet TT & Co. for the turnover of the property.

The meeting time came and Tay was still contemplating the fact that he was already letting go of the beach house.
Memories of Nereus throughout the trip flooded his mind.
Now and then glancing at his wrists where the pearls are clasped.

He arrived at a certain restaurant where the meeting is to be held, Singto already on his way as well.
The restaurant was one of the chains of restaurants that TT & Co. owned it was the biggest branch in the heart of Bangkok.

It was a famous gourmet restaurant, it was famous for its seafood selections and Thai Cuisine. You have to get early reservations just to eat at this place, where both the famous and the rich always gathered because of its exclusivity and private surroundings.
As it was located in the high-end Pathumwan District. TT & Co., The Techaapaikun's were one of the richest families in Thailand, of course, I knew I was not a Vihokratana heir if I didn't know about competitors in the business world.

But one thing that puzzles me the most is their interest to buy my property, as a matter of fact when I first made it up for the market they were the first ones to reach out to me.
Thinking it was a secluded area a little too far from everything they were so adamant about buying.

I sat inside the reserved VIP room at the resto, a staff had acknowledged my presence long before I entered the building and guided me to the room.
I studied the contract Singto had given me earlier this morning, my eyes stung from crying but it was well hidden in my glasses, thanking the heavens I was not wearing contacts today

"Pluem Purim Techaapaikun",  VP Chairman, Oh the second son. - Tay

I muttered to myself as I was reviewing the documents in my hand.
It was 15 mins to the designated time.

I thought I was going to meet with the Chairman I guess not.
Then I heard the door open abruptly, a young man entered buttoning and straightening up his suit. He looked like he ran going here. Then he smiled at me wiping his hands with his handkerchief and offering me a hand.

"Taylen Tawan Vihokratana, Sir nice to meet you, I'm Pluem Techaapaikun!"- Pluem

" Oh just Tay, I'm already considering changing my old name" - Tay

I chuckled I was just like him when I was younger, and it seems like he was a bit too young.

"Yes Sir Tay" - Pluem

As we break off the handshake, we are seated. Then I heard a ping on my phone that Singto won't be able to make it as he was already held up in traffic.

"Are we still waiting for your secretary, sir? - Pluem

"Oh no no go ahead, he was tied up in traffic. We can start so we won't have to waste our time." - Tay

"Yes, sir" - Pluem

"Oh you can just call me Tay no need for formalities too much if you don't mind" - Tay

"But I do, or New would kill me" - Pluem

With his muttering his words enough for me to hear some.

"Yes you were saying?"-Tay

"Ah you heard that, I mean my brother, no I mean the Chairman minds formalities, I am sorry he is not here for this meeting. He had some personal matters that needs to be attended to no matter what. He reaches his gratitude for coming into an agreement with selling the beach house and the area" - Pluem

"Uhm, given that is. May I know why? the beach house I mean it's very secluded and the view is not that amazing, just a plain beach" - Tay

"Oh, so you haven't been updated that's new, I mean my brother wants to settle permanently here in Thailand after his recuperation in the states, he may have some major setbacks but he will still be managing the Techaapaikun business our parents left." - Pluem
