Two days passed as the blight manor was empty since no one was there soon alador came back early after him and his wife agreed one of them had to stay home in case anything happens so he chose to go back realizing he had some time to himself he made himself a snack soon the Twins Came in not expecting anyone to be "god I'm hungry" they see their father which was weird since he was barely around they barely even get a glance at him "hello Ed Em" "hi dad" "where's mittens?" "Um she is out somewhere" he shrugged "let me guess she's out with a friend?" "Uh yeah!" It made him a bit suspicious. But didn't question it he should learn to trust his daughter and decided he should spend time with his kids more since he was laid off work for a while "is there anything you guys want to do?" They looked at each other 'I think he wants to form a bond with us' 'well we should at least give him a chance'

Alador tries his best to understand what his kids like so he can form a close bond with them soon he pretty much spent the day with them hours later Walking far behind them see looks down to see amity talking to a human? He shrugs it off again 'its good to see mittens socialize with others' later they returned to the manor Ed and Em entered their rooms after alador went to check up on his other child appearing out of nowhere he sees how affectionate Amity was with the human soon realized she was in love with the human and seeing them hug and kiss as the human left he soon walked up behind her "mittens?" Amity jumped and looked behind her 'Shit what is he doing here!?' 'Please tell me he didn't see!' "How long were you together?" 'FUCKKKKK' "UM WHAT DO YOU MEAN????" "No need to play dumb" Amity was now freaking out thinking of the worst case scenario he would do especially after finding out she was dating a human "I did the same thing when I was your age before I Met Your Mother" '....huh' he gave a warm smile "something we have in common" "...what are you doing here?" "I came back early since they don't need me there so I wanted to hang out with you and your sister and brother" "Can we?" "..uh sure" " I'm sorry we couldn't spend time together earlier in the past but I want to try and be there for you" Amity was taken back "should we head home?" "..yeah"

Alador and amity spent the rest of the time in the kitchen learning how to cook with each other which made Amity happy when she barely got to be in the kitchen and happier spending time with her dad for the first time in a while
Amity had gotten to know a lot of things about her father and the two got closer she now had a favorite parent her dad made it obvious that he was really sorry and just wanted to spend time with his daughter and how helpful he was being they went one step at a time before they could give each other a hug they went with hand shaking which was fine by him
"Dad can we have another day like this?" "Of course mittens" "I will be off work for a couple weeks" he explained why he was there early and why he was by himself for her mother stayed a longer vacation soon it was time for lights off amity was In her room texting luz soon said goodnight and placed her phone away Alador came in and wished his daughter goodnight "Dad?" "Yes?" "You won't tell mom about luz?" "my mouth is sealed" he closed the door after wishing his kids goodnight and entered his own room soon he got ready for bed and then fell asleep

Soon amity woke up and left her room seeing her since in the living room she came down the stairs rubbing her eyes Then smelt something "what's that?" "Dad is making breakfast he offered to do it instead of the chefs" Alador opened the door plates in hand placing them on the table "aren't we supposed to eat in the dining room" "only if you want" Ed grabbed his plate already eating the food "this is good!" Alador looked proud of himself "well I like to cook I haven't been able to do it in a long time" emira then grabbed her plate and ate soon joined by amity they all ate in the living room soon cleaning up any mess left then Amity helped wash the dishes this week was awesome spending more time with Luz now spending time with her father and getting to know him better
It wasn't that bad hanging out with her siblings too they all had a lot of fun together I wanted it to be that way forever amity soon got in the shower washing her hair then herself then got out the shower getting dressed she heard a knock on the door "what?" "Dad wants to go out we're all going to get something to get groceries you want to come?" "Yeah just give me a second" amity finish getting dressed got her socks and shoes on then they all left the house arriving to the grocery store they barely come here
But alador wanted to buy some things for the house

Soon Ed and Em were running around with the shopping carts bumping into each other

Alador finished putting everything away he wanted a huge break from working so that's what he will do

Luz finished buying things for eda from the market and deciding to go home she continued walking for awhile before she bumped into someone, she looked to see a tall man brown hair golden eyes a small beared he looked tired she backed up then she saw Amity next to him

"Luz" amity smiled she smiles back soon they started talking "Luz this is my dad" the latina looked back at the man "nice to meet you sir" he smiled "its nice to meet you to" they shook hands she then checked her phone which was a text message "I gotta go see you later bye guys" she walked away "so that's the human your dating?" "Yes" "she looks like a good kid she has my blessing"
