Shell came in.

I fixed myself. Hatak ang hem ng damit ay tumuwid ako sa pagkakaupo. I powered up the laptop, thankfully enough that it was already connected to the Wi-Fi.

"Sorry I'm late," naglakad papalapit sa gawi ko si Shell. "Ikaw daw ang pinapunta ni Rall? Kanina ka pa?"

"Just in time," I replied with a restrained smile. I didn't bother whether it was a genuine or forced.

I opened the files that Rall sent.

"I'll call Rall. Kayo na lang mag-usap na dalawa," I said and started FaceTiming Rall.

Hindi talaga ako maalam dito.I saw the images Rall sent, but I didn't know how to explain them to Shell.

"Okay," Shell took a seat across from me. She's still wearing her professor's uniform.

I noticed that despite her formal attire, her figure was still stunning. The top part of her uniform hugged her chest perfectly. Her butts had a great shape too, which sways when she walks in high heels. Kumpara sa akin, doble ang mga tabas niya sa tabas ko.

Maybe that's why Zame liked her. Kahit sino naman sigurong lalaki ay mahuhumaling sa kaniya dahil hindi naman masama ang mukha niya.

I placed the laptop in front of her. "These are the files Rall sent."

Shell nodded and smiled.

Sinagot ni Rall ang tawag ko. "Hi, Rall. Shell is already here. Ibibigay ko 'tong phone sa kaniya."

"Oh yeah, thanks," ngumiti siya sa screen.

I smiled back and handed the phone to Shell. "Here's Rall."

"Hi, Rall!" masiglang bati ni Shell nang matapatan ang phone ko. "I'm sorry, na-busy lang ako noong nakaraan."

Nag-usap silang dalawa tungkol sa proyekto. Ako naman ay tumayo para maghugas ng kamay.

Nakasalubong ko si Zame na may dalang isang basong juice at isang plato ng pagkain. Para kay Shell. Nagkatinginan kami. Nag-iwas ako ng tingin at nilagpasan siya. I went to the sink to wash my hands.

Ano'ng akala niya sa akin? Nasisindak sa sinabi niya kanina? Hell no! It wasn't strong enough to make me weak and fall for his remarks!

"Are you avoiding me now?"

Halos mapatalon ako sa gulat nang biglang sumulpot si Zame sa tabi ko. Hindi ko man lang nahalata ang bilis ng pagsunod niya! He leaned against the sink, raising an eyebrow at me!

I wiped my hands with a towel. "Are you threatening me?"

Tumaas ang gilid ng labi niya sa isang ngisi.

"Hindi ako natatakot, Zame. Kung anong balak mong gawin, edi gawin mo."

Sa totoo lang, iba ang kutob ko sa sinabi niya kanina. I had no idea what was going on in his mind now and how he was orchestrating things in his head.

"Why? Are you brave enough now?" He asked while poking his tongue inside his cheek.

I rolled my eyes at him. Naglakad ako paalis ngunit pinigilan niya na agad ang braso ko.

"Pagbibigyan kita. If you want to avoid me, it's up to you," makahulugan niya akong tiningnan, kumukubli roon ang isang banta. "And wait for my turn."

"Fuck you."

Inagaw ko ang braso ko. Kumuyom ang panga niya ngunit may pagkamangha roon.

"Hiwalay na tayo, 'diba? We are done. Don't think that you are cheating on our marriage. Sa papel na lang tayo kasal. You can do what you want."
