Third person's POV

Chaeyoung pauses her hand from caressing, she sadly sighs knowing she indeed not only hurt Mina externally but also internally as well, 'I have never regretted anything that I did in my life, but Mina, I regret what I did to you today, I regret it so much that I probably will never forgive myself for it.' The Queen gently says to the girl she loves.

This is the first time ever Mina gets to hear the Queen's gentle voice, and that soft and soothing tone does wonders to Mina's heart, her heart quickly doubled its speed, her anger is long gone, she even forgets about the pain she's having,

Right then, Nayeon and JiHyo are back with a bowl of medicine, a plate of fresh lychees and a bottle of good ointment. The Queen quickly stands up so JiHyo has the space next to Mina,

'Your Highness... ah I mean Mina, here, have your medicine, I mixed it with lots and lots of lychees.' JiHyo tells her,

But Mina just looks away and shakes her head, she's scared of medicine just as much as she's scared of pain and punishment,

'Mina ah! Give it a try, it's not bitter anymore, I promise.' JiHyo continues to persuade but she's getting no response from the girl,

Seeing that it's not working, Chaeyoung steps closer, 'Give me the medicine.' She takes it from JiHyo, then she proceeds to sit down next to Mina's pillow just like before, 'Mina, look at me.' She says with a voice full of authority but still very gentle,

No matter how much she wants to avoid the medicine, but Mina doesn't dare to disobey the Queen's command now. She slowly turns her head and looks at Chaeyoung as told, with her lips are already sadly pouted on their own,

'I won't punish or scold you even if you refuse to have your medicine, but think about it, Mina, do you really want to have this fever and this pain forever? Because this type of pain is different, if you don't have medicine, it won't go away then your fever will get worse, and it will mess with your mind, then you might go mad.' Chaeyoung uses the confusing facts method to scare this stubborn Princess,

Mina blinks her eyes a few times to think, 'No, it's not.' She argues but her tone is quite unsure and nervous now,

'Yes, it is. That was what the royal physician told me.' Chaeyoung continues the trick,

Mina stops arguing, she now raises her upper body using her elbows, looking at Chaeyoung with a pair of concern eyes, worrying that she might go mad like what Chaeyoung said, because now that she thinks about it, she wasn't able to think straight a few times since she has this fever,

Mina looks so cute right now that Chaeyoung has to bite her lips to stop herself from chuckling a little, 'Therefore, you better have your medicine. Here, it even tastes sweet just like lychees.' The Queen gently persuades while having a spoon full of the medicine to prove to Mina that it's not bitter,

She then takes another spoon full, blows on it to cool it down, and places it right in front of the girl's mouth. Mina looks at it then obediently opens her mouth and drinks it. Even with the lychee flavour, she still closes her eyes tightly and winces her face, showing a real dislike for it,

'Why? Is it still bitter?' The Queen quickly asks,

Mina nods her head while pouting her lips,

'JiHyo, give me a lychee.' Chaeyoung tells JiHyo, then she quickly peels the lychee by her own hands and feeds it to Mina to calm down the bitterness in the girl's mouth,

Meanwhile, JiHyo has been looking around the place to check if she's still in the same timeline, because these two so called enemies just this early evening, are now looking more like a deeply in love newly married couple,
