Third person's POV
Hearing the loud disapproval sound from the Queen, Mina immediately stands up from her chair and steps over into Chaeyoung's arms and sits down on her lap as told,
Chaeyoung smiles, she pulls the girl in even closer and back hugging her tightly. Then she decided to be bold and places her chin on Mina's shoulder just like how a lover would act, 'Eventhough you are next to me all the time, but... I've missed you, and... your scent.' She tells Mina while having her nose real close to the girl's neck.
Mina froze in place upon feelings the hot breath tickling her neck. She then clumsily looks to the other side, doesn't know how to respond to the sudden closeness. Chaeyoung chuckles, she proceeds to take a good whiff of that addictive scent which she has missed so much, 'How is it possible that your scent is better than any flowers out there?'
'Is.. is it really, Your Majesty?' Mina shyly asks,
'Uhmm, really really! What type of fragrance are you using?' Chaeyoung continues to ask,
'Your Majesty, I can't use any man-made fragrance, I'm allergic to them all.' Mina answers,
'Oh? So this is your natural scent?' The Queen asks, a bit surprised with that fact,
Mina nods her head, 'Yes, Your Majesty, if my skin touches any man-made fragrance, it would turn real red and very itchy.'
Chaeyoung is amazed by how someone's natural scent can be so good and attractive like this, but then as if she just suddenly remembered something, she quickly releases the hug, very worried that her own fragrance that she wears would make Mina suffers from allergy,
On the other hand, realising Chaeyoung's arms are not wrapped around her waist anymore, Mina immediately knew the reason why, she turns around to look at the Queen, 'But... but Your Majesty, my skin seemed to be alright the last time when you hugged me, as long as the fragrance is not directly applied onto my skin, it's alright. So... uhmm... Your Majesty, don't let go of me.' She is furiously explaining to Chaeyoung with the last sentence was spoken in her tiny voice,
'Don't let go of you, huhm?!' The Queen is loving this adorable request. She proceeds to hug Mina even tighter than before, 'From now on, I won't wear any fragrance just in case.' She whispers into the girl's ear,
Mina nods her head while smiling shyly. She looks down at her lap to hide her pink and burning cheeks from that sweet gesture. This is what makes Mina falls for Chaeyoung more and more every single day. The Queen is just so sweet and gentle to her, from every of her actions to every of her words, Mina is always the top priority. Chaeyoung is the most powerful person of this whole Kingdom, but she places Mina above herself, and Mina can totally feel it,
'Mina, I heard that you love reading, and that you have literally read every single book there are in Macedon, is that true?' Chaeyoung starts another conversation, wanting to hear Mina's voice all day and all night,
'Your Majesty, it's true that I love reading and I have read every book in Macedon's palace, but I'm sure there are many other books outside of the palace that I haven't even seen.' Mina answers, when it comes to books, she can just keep talking,
'Well, from now on, you can read every single book there are in Castlemaine's palace.' The Queen gently tells her,
Mina's face lits up with so much excitement, 'Really? Thank you for your generosity, Your Majesty!' She exclaims,
