The next morning Erica got up and headed to the Mystic grill to get dressed for the founders day parade. She smiled as she twirled in the dress

"Got to say Eri that dress is amazing on you" Damon says walking into the bathroom with a smile.
He came to check on Erica but was very surprised to see her in the dress.
"Thanks Damon but this shit is heavy as hell. I don't know how people used to wear this" Erica says "it's annoying especially with my bump"
"Let's go my lady we have to head to our place." Damon says putting his hand out for Erica to take for the parade.
It wasn't a surprise for Erica or Damon when they saw Stefan with Elena at the parade looking and waving at everyone but Damon and Erica so that's what Damon did too.
After the parade and Erica changed out of her dress, Damon talked to her about John possibly being her father
"John? Is that even possible?" Erica asks
"Well there's no proof, other then that he dated Isobel when she was a teenager and he brought her for the delivery" Damon says as Erica sighs
"Elena and my lives have changed so much in a few months," Erica says
" I'm sorry but I wanted to tell you before Stefan dropped it on you in some stupid way" Damon says making Erica chuckle
" No thanks for tell me. Hopefully it's not true because Isobel is a bitch and having John as a father well... it's about to get way more complicated" Erica says "What am I supposed to do, comfort him and ask are you Elena and my biological father?"
"That's up too you when your ready" Damon says
"I'm never going to be ready Damon. There's all ready so many problems all ready. Jeremy hates Elena and her journal gave him every reason to hate her." Erica says "I know he's hurt but do you think he'll ever forgive Erica for getting you to take his memories away of Vicki."
"He's your brother. He's forgiven you so he'll forgive her too just give him some time" Damon says
"I hope he does because he doesn't know that Andrew is a vampire too and if he does then I don't know what Jeremy will do. I don't want him getting hurt" Erica says as Damon takes her hand
