Thirty Seven - Klaus

The twins continued to sit away from each other for the night waiting to see when Elijah woke up. As Elena fell asleep, Erica went and got Angelina, keeping her near her at all time before heading back to the basement and falling asleep. Elena and Erica jumped early in the morning from their spots when Elijah woke up and looked to Elena. He called her Katherine and started to choke Elena until he couldn't breathe anymore and let her go before starting to hit the walls as Erica ran to him to help with Angelina in her arms 

"What the hell is going on," Erica yells to Elena who realizes what it is

"He's not invited it," Elena says as Elijah looks to Erica and Angelina

"Get me out of here" he asks while breathing hard. 

Erica nods and wraps his arm around her neck before closing her eyes and whispering front entrance 3 times and within a blink of an eye, she, Angelina and Elijah were outside. He looks to Erica who looks to him worried

"What happened," he says as Erica shushes him and points upstairs where the others were sleeping.

Elijah nods as Erica looks to her car and then Elijah. 

"We need to go now before Elena gets upstairs" Erica says "we need to talk"

Elijah nods as he, Erica and Angelina ran to Erica's car. Elijah helped Erica sit Angelina inside before he and Erica sat in their spots. As Erica started the car and  started to drive away, Elena came outside running after them but couldn't catch up to them as Erica went and drove to a location that was safe. 

Erica heads to her house first where she comes out with some blood bags for Elijah and a bag for Angelina. She sits in the car and gives one to him. He starts drinking right away as she gives Angelina a milk bottle before she starts driving again when she stops after some time. 

"You look better" Erica says 

"Where did Elena get the dagger" Elijah asks 

"I don't know Elijah," Erica says " but we have to work together Elijah and I need your word"

"How do I know I can trust you Erica after everything Elena has done." Elijah asks 

"Because it's not only my life on the line but Angelina's too Elijah" Erica says before looking to Elijah "I'm offering you our help and in return we want yours. If you don't want to trust Elena, Stefan or Andrew fine but help protect Angelina and I please.

Elijah hesitates for a minute before he looks to Angelina who was playing around in her car seat. He then looks back to Angelina and nods just as Erica's phone rings and she sees it's Damon. She sighs and answers just as Damon starts talking. 

"Erica, where are you and Angelina? Are you too okay?" He asks 

"Yeah we're fine Damon" Erica says 

"Where's Elijah" Damon asks 

"He's here with us Damon," Erica says 

" Where? Derek and I will on our way" Damon asks 

"No Damon, Elijah and I need time alone and I know I can trust him," Erica says looking to Elijah who smiles "just watch over those three and make sure they don't do anything"
