Chapter 2-4; "Overreacting."

Naga was continuing to look at where the spirit supposedly was, which made y/n shake her head. "Can we get moving? Don't we have to find somewhere to set up camp?" Y/n asks as Tonraq nods continuing to drive as y/n smirked. she waited for everyone to get to the front so she could pull out a bag of her favorite chips.

Sooner then later they made it to a cave, and everyone was huddling around a fire, y/n was a little far from everyone but she was there, kind of. "Uncle, why do you think the dark spirits are following us?" Korra asks as y/n sighs before starring outside the cave to the cold outside, she hasn't been able to send Lin any messages, she felt as she should've just stayed with Asami. "Can we not talk about dark spirits, please?" Bolin scoots a-little closer to Eska. "My brother doesn't like ghost stories." Mako confirms as Eska replies to Bolin dryly "Don't worry, i will protect you, my feeble turtle duck." Eska says, as y/n looks at the two, she wasn't jealous she just remembered when Eska called her that.

to keep this short, Eska used y/n as protection more then for love purposes. And when she called her out for it, she started cursing her out and them boom, stopped dating. "Sadly, this isn't a ghost story, This is real." Unalaq says and y/n smiles interested, scooting closer to hear. Yes, she hates him, and doesn't like talking to most of the people there, but scary stories and interesting old timed things were her best interest. "The spirits are angry because he's here." Unalaq says looking and Tonraq. Y/n looked at Tonraq surprised and he gave a sad expressing, meaning he wasn't lying which made y/n confused. "Haven't you ever wondered how your father ended up in the South Pole? Why he's never taken you to visit his homeland in the North?" Tonraq asked as Korra and Y/n looked at each other, finally. They looked at each other realizing that they've never thought about that. Y/n lived with Korra for half her life but we've never established that have we? But we'll leave that for the next chapter, Shall we?

"Unalaq, This is not the time." Tonraq says. "You're right, you should have told her a long time ago." Unalaq says. "Told me what?!" Korra asks confused yet angry. "I left the North Pole because... I was banished."  Tonraq says with a sigh. "You were banished from the north? Why?" Korra asks y/n nods intrigued, Korra was happy she was at least listening to what she said. "Because I almost destroyed  the entire tribe..." He says sadly.

Twenty Years ago, I was a general in the northern water tribe, sworn to protect my people.
"Brother! We're being attacked!" Young Unalaq yells riding to Young Tonraq. Tonraq gets upset and charges out, as he rides to a damaged Agna Qel'a, several plumes of smoke visible in the distance. Inside the city, are frantic people attempting to defend themselves against the barbarians. One of the barbarians is hit from behind by a stream of water, revealed to be Tonraq, who has entered the city with two other water Tribe soldiers. Tonraq bends water from a nearby river in preparation for a second attack. Now outside the city, the barbarians in retreat, followed closely by Tonraq and his men. 'I drove them out of the city deep into the frozen tundra.' Tonraq yells as he and his men chase the barbarians. Unalaq, watches his older brother leave from the entrance to the city. Back to Tonraq and his men, who have a reached a large forest situated in the tundra. We Tracked them deep into an ancient, Many believed this orest was the home to spirits and the barbarians retreated there because they thought we wouldn't attack them on such hallow grounds, They thought wrong. The barbarians are hiding behind trees. Three Northern waterbenders suddenly appear and summon a large wave, which crashes into the forest and washes away many barbarians. Tonraq blast the barbarians with three water attacks. Next, the Northern soldiers are seen marching the captured barbarians away from the now flooded forest, which is seen in the background. We captured the barbarians, but in the process, we destroyed the forest, I didn't realize the consequences of what I had done. By destroying the forest, I unknowingly let loose angry spirits. Two tribesmen are running from a large dark spirit. Tonraq attacks the spirit with two water whips, and jumps aside when the spirit attacks with its arm. They threatened to destroy everything, the entire city. The dark spirit prepares to attack Tonraq once more, but stops as water surrounds it before glowing. It was Unalaq waterbending. into a further view where four spirits are surrounded with the same glowing water, before changing to a golden color. Now suddenly the spirits were  returning to the spirit forest before disappearing. Unalaq was able to guide the spirits back to the forest,But by then, the damage had been done. they were now in throne room, where Tonraq's father is seated with Unalaq next to him, and Tonraq standing beneath a flight of stairs. For being the cause of so much devastation, my father banished me from the Northern Water Tribe in shame.
