After Mal got her hair done she went back to the hideout were Jade was. Jade was laying on the couch throwing a ball at the ceiling then catching it.
"Someone's having fun"Mal said sarcastically. "Woah, I like the hair" Jade said. Mal winked at her as she grabbed spray paint. She began to spray on the wall. "Guess who um I ran into?" Mal said.
"Who?" Jade asked. "Harry" Mal said. Jade sat up. "Is he the same?" Jade asked. "Eh, still taking those runs for Uma" Mal said.
"Like the little lap dog he is" Jade said before rolling her eyes. Jade started throwing the wall to the wall across. She stopped when she saw Ben walk in.
"At least I don't see a picture of me with horns and a pitchfork" Ben said startling Mal. "Yep time to go. That's my cue. Later Mal" Jade said before leaving the room.
She walked down stairs singing a tune stuck in her head. "Rather be with you, rather be with you" Jade sung before humming.
She walked out the gate before seeing Carlos, Evie and Jay. "I should've just closed my eyes" Jade groaned. "Jade!" Evie smiled before hugging her.
"I'm so happy you're okay" Evie said before pulling away. "You guys found me..yay" Jade said sarcastically.
"Why'd you run away?" Carlos asked. "Hey that's not fair" Jade said. The others were confused. "Mal did too" Jade said before laughing.
Carlos and Evie looked at each other. "We're gonna take a little walk" Carlos said. "Yeah" Evie agreed before they walked away.
"I didn't think you were leaving Jade. I thought you were just clearing your head" Jay said. "Well ya know I was going to stay but then I found my boyfriend chose his reputation over me so-"
"Jade that's not what happened" Jay said. "Then what happened Jay. You're gonna tell me that it wasn't you it was your evil twin from the Isle?" Jade asked.
"Wait what?" Jay asked and Jade rolled her eyes. "I miss the old Jade" "This is the old Jade. This is me Jay. It's not like you would know" Jade said.
"No, I miss the Jade that would laugh, and smile, and still make jokes even when not needed" Jay said. Jade clenched her jaw. "The Jade that was always there for her friends. The Jade that cared about everyone."
"The Jade that loves me-" "Loved. You do not get to do that you hurt me Jay-" "You broke up with me. You gave up on us. You didn't stay to hear what I was going to say you abandon me" Jay said with anger.
As Jade was looking at him with tears in her eyes. Ben came down the stairs while Evie and Carlos came back.
"She's not coming back" Ben said. "Well duh" Jade mumbled. "I'll talk to her" Evie said before walking over to the speaker.
"M? Mal it's Evie...Let me just talk to you for a sec. Mal come on" Evie said. The gate pulled down and Jade rolled her eyes.
"Go away" Mal yelled. Jade walked over to Carlos as they noticed something. "Where's Ben?" Jade asked. "Guys! Where's Ben?" Carlos asked.
"Ben? Ben!" They noticed a figure. Jay sighed as Jade relaxed. "Ben don't scare us like that" Evie said. "Don't scare you?" Jade heard a familiar voice.
"That's my speciality" Harry said as he revealed himself. "Oh great. If it's not one ex it's a another" Jade said. "It's been a while love" Harry said as he softly glided his hook down Jade's face.
Jade grabbed his hook. "What did you do with Ben?" She asked. "Oh we nicked him" Harry said. The group's eyes went wide.
"Mhm yeah, and if you want to see him again. Have Mal come to the Chip Shop tonight, alone" Harry said. "Uma wants a visit" Harry added.
Jade rolled her eyes. "As always being Uma's lap dog" Jade murmured."Aww Jay...seems like you've lost your touch" Harry said.
Jay was about to hit him but Jade grabbed his arm. "He's not worth it. Trust me. Probably just gonna tell his master so she can send her puppets after us" Jade remarked.
Harry laughed. He barked at Carlos before walking away with a whistle.

"If you guys never would've brought him here this never would've happened. What were you thinking!" Mal said raising her voice.
"He was gonna come with or without us we just wanted to protect him" Evie defended. "Yeah, and we completely blew it guys-"
"Okay, okay, so what are we gonna do?" Jay calmed everyone down. "We! Are not doing anything" Mal said before walking down the steps.
"This is between Uma and me and she's a punk and guess what now I have to go get him" Mal said as she grabbed her bag.
"Woah, woah, woah Mal. You still have to get through Harry Hook and his warf rats" Carlos said. "Yeah, you're gonna need us" Jay said.
"Uma said to come alone" Jade said. "Mal come on" Evie said. "She said to come alone" Carlos said to Evie.
"I know one thing. I'm not going anywhere" Carlos said before sitting on the couch. "We'll be here when you get back" Jay said. Mal left.
"Well duh Ben needs a ride back to Auradon" Jade said. Jay rolled his eyes. "What is going on with you two?" Evie asked.
"Nothing" Jay and Jade answered. "You guys are like the perfect couple what's going on?" Carlos asked. "Were" Jay corrected.
"What?" Evie asked. "We were the perfect couple. We're not together anymore" Jay answered. Jade looked up at his broken expression. Jay looked down at the necklace in his hands as Jade felt guilty.
Yes, Jay didn't tell her, he loved her back but he was right. She never stayed to listen to his answer.
