20. Where's Yeonjun

Soobin groaned when someone shook his face. He was continuously hearing multiple people saying his name but he didn't want to believe it's real.

"five more minutes" soobin mumbled.

"yah get up already" the person raised their voice a little but not loud enough to attract passerbys.

"let me sleep peacefully I was having such a nice dream"

"uh huh and how exactly did you fall asleep?"

"I-" soobin widely opened his eyes when realization hit him "fuck"

He got up on an instant and looked around for the cafe in search of a specific person. Soobin started cursing when yeonjun was nowhere to be seen.

"hey you okay we were just passing by when we saw sleeping in the middle of the road" Kai asked worried about why soobin's so mad

"some fucker drugged me"

"shit where's yeonjun" taehyun asked remembering soobin was supposed to stay with him all the time.

"No no no please don't tell me" beomgyu was hoping soobin doesn't say hat he thinks he's gonna say.

"the coven took him... the coven took yeonjun"

"are you sure visiting hours are still open"

"I don't know I'm always here with yeonjun"

"can you both shut up?"

"we're anxious okay"

"beomgyu?" they all flinched when someone interrupted them.

"oh hey yuna" they were so engrossed in their non stop bickering that they didn't notice they were already standing in front of the reception "we came to visit miss choi"

"oh here. You know the drill" she said handing them all a paper each before picking up the constantly ringing phone.

"What are we supposed to do with this?" Kai asked

"have you never visited someone in a hospital?" taehyun asked a bit shocked. Kai just shook his head

"I'll fill it up for you" taehyun said in a done tone.

"so your first names Kai right? What's your last name?"

"huening"

"hue- how do you even spell that"

"just right jung"

"why"

"cause it's my Korean name"

"then what's huening"

"my birth name"

"can you continue your interview later, we don't exactly have a lot of time till the moon rises" beomgyu said rushing the two to fill up the pages quickly.

After the four were done they made their way to the room where their target is supposed to be.

Beomgyu politely knocked on the door as they all walked inside after hearing a soft 'come in'

"beomgyu oh you brought friends"

"Hi miss choi" they all bowed at the same time. Chaerin smiled at how respectful beomgyu's new friends were.

"yeonjun isn't here?"

"that's what we came to talk about"

"he's okay right?" Chaerin asked asher smile dropped.

"I hope so" soobin muttered making sure no one hears him.

"we don't know" beomgyu sighed not exactly knowing how to tell her everything "but we're looking for him"

"beomgyu you're scaring me"

"Lee jinhyuk is involved"

Chaerin's face turned pale at that name. The name she never wanted to hear again, the name she made sure her son never remembers.

The man with that name is now back and he is the reason her son might die. Anger took over her.

"please we need anything that can help us get to jinhyuk, he's the only one that can tell us what happened to yeonjun"

Chaerin wanted nothing more than to keep these boys away from jinhyuk but she had no other choice. So she gave in.

"I'll tell you on one condition"

"anything" beomgyu said

"kill jinhyuck" chaerin said with a stoic face.

Everyone fell silent. That is not what they expected the condition to be. No one in that room has ever killed anyone. Even if they have it was only for self defense like the time someone snuck into yeonjun's apartment.

Now they were all contemplating on what to say. Chaerin wasn't gonna tell them anything if they didn't agree. She was mad and she had every right to be but they can't just kill someone.

"I'll do it" soobin said from the farthest corner of the room his expression somewhat matching Chaerin's "I'll kill him"
