A year later, Layla held her newborn son as Emmett was teaching Esmeralda to walk. The Cullens and Mikaelsons now resided in Alaska. They haven't heard about Bella since the battle, but Layla prefers to keep it that way too. Hope and Edward were expecting their first baby and are waiting for the birth of their baby so they can have a wedding. "Hey."
She looked at her husband smiling. "Everything is perfect."
"That it is." Emmett says kissing her. "I love you, Esmeralda, and Thomas. You three are amazing."
Layla smiled as she looked at him. "So are you." She said as she looked at Thomas who fell asleep. "I'm going to take this one to bed."
"Sure." He said kissing her and his son. "I'll be right here with Esmeralda."
Layla smiled as she walked up to Thomas crib. She smiled as she laid Thomas down and looked at the photo above him. The family picture of the Cullens and Mikaelsons together. "I wouldn't have this any other way." She mumbled as she kissed her sleeping baby's head and walked out to her husband and daughter.
