"Why are you letting him interrogate the suspect?!" Izuku asked as he burst through Mirio and Tamaki's office door with their secretary following

"Sir." She said trying to stop the green hero

Tamaki looked up from his paperwork.
"Izuku, nice to see you." He greeted then looked at the secretary

"It's alright Mrs. Miko. Return to your work." He told her

"Yes sir." She said with a bow then left shutting the door

Izuku hadn't moved. His fists were clenched to his sides and his jaw was tense. One For All was buzzing just under his skin waiting to activate. He hadn't this upset in a while. Sure he gets pretty mad or frustrated here and there, but right now he's upset. He feels betrayed by the people he trusts most. Katsuki is important and they're letting someone who hurt him on many levels work his case.

Tamaki was alone which he typically dislikes but he doesn't weaver because well he's not his high school self. He grown up a lot sense those days. He no longer hesitates in stating his position, opinion, or decision. He doesn't back down even when someone like Izuku is silently threatening him. He's felt with Katsuki and other heroes like him a little too much so he's used to a verbal thrashing. Unfortunately the ash blonde isn't the worst one though. Other heroes have said shitter things to Tamaki. At least Katsuki does treat him with some respect to a degree.

The man looked at Izuku after a sigh.
"We discussed it among everyone. The others have things to do and Tsukauchi having a meeting with the Korean police department of the district we picked Yume up in." Tamaki explained

"You couldn't find anyone else? What about me?" Izuku pressed his hands to his chest

Tamaki shook his head.
"Izuku you're too close to the case."

"And he's not!?" Izuku shouted

Tamaki did flinch which made the other reel back a bit.
"No. He seems to have a more level head than you at the moment." He said sternly as the door behind Izuku opened

"Woah, what's going on here?" Mirio asked walking towards his next that was next to Tamaki's

The other sighed once more.
"Izuku is upset we're letting Yo interrogate the villain." He gestured to the shorter

Mirio nodded as he stood beside Izuku.
"I figured you would be, but it's okay." He said

Izuku shook his head.
"No it's not, what if he messes it up, what if-"

Mirio put his hand on the other's shoulder to stop him.
"We'll be there watching. You included if you think you can control your emotions." He said pointing at the other

Izuku frowned up at the blonde. It wasn't the same blonde. To vibrant. He didn't really like the look of it right now. It was too bright when Katsuki was fading. They don't care as much as he does about the ash blonde and they're just wasting time.

Mirio continued.
"We also decided since you, Hitoshi, and Eijirou are involved in a more personal way but are also heroes that we can have you watch the interrogation. However you may not speak with Yume until after the investigation done if you want to." He said kindly with a brilliant smile

Izuku looked down and caved. Watching could work. He could make sure Shindou doesn't fuck up Katsuki's life even more. It's better than not knowing at all or letting him interrogate the suspect alone. Izuku will take what he can get.
"Okay." He relented

"Are you okay with that?" Tamaki asked

Izuku nodded.
"Yes sir. I'm sorry."

"It's okay. We get it." Mirio smiled again
