Part 4: First time after a long time

Beth's POV
After winter I didn't get the chance to see Logan. I was to busy studying because I had huge tests coming up. I didn't even remember him anymore. One day I was siting at math class and my phone buzzed. I looked for my phone in my bag and I found it. I checked my instagram and saw that Logan sent me a follow request. I don't know why but when I saw that he sent me a follow request my eyes filled with tears and I was so happy that I shouted YES in front of the whole class. Oops I forgot that I was still in that boring classroom. And of course I got myself into trouble. I got detention for 1 week.

There I was in detention doing nothing but dying. I did nothing for almost 45 minutes and then my phone buzzed again. I jumped up got my phone( I was the happiest person in the world at that moment). It was Logan he decided to text me.
Logan: hey
Me: hey what's up
Logan: I was super bored so I decided to text u. I'm in detention now
Me: really? Me too. How did you get in detention?
Logan: I pranked my science teacher and now I'm stuck in detention for 2 months
Me: well what did you expect? I got into detention for shouting YES in class. I know stupid right?
Logan: yeah how could you get in detention for shouting YES. Anyways gotta go I'll text you later.
Me: ok bye

5 o'clock and I'm finally home. I opened the fridge and oh look there's nothing to eat. So I ordered some pizza and invited Emily to join me. I had fun with Emily all night long. We did what girls usually do at sleepovers. We did our hair, had the craziest pillow fight ever, talked about our day and finally talked about boys. She talked about Liam and I told her that Logan texted me today at detention. Then when Emily was sleeping I thought about my day, how Logan texted me and said to myself " first time after a long time is the best time'.
