will opened the door to his best friend. he wasn't actually expecting him to come, but it was nice to have company other than el.
"you came!" will wrapped his arms around the lanky boy and smiled. he hasn't talked to him in so long, he missed him.
mike was taken aback from the gesture, but either way, he melted into the hug. "i did! why wouldn't i?"
will stepped to the side so mike could walk into their cabin - hoppers cabin. he looked around until a small hand wrapped around his wrist and he was pulled into a room which consisted of band posters, funko pops, and more. and el's side of the room, too.
"hey," el said, not looking up from the boom she was reading, until she saw there was another person. "oh, hey mike." she said with a wave and a faint smile. mike waved back and sat on the bed with will.
after a while of talking and a lot of sorry's from will, they decided to watch a movie.

and so, the party met up at starcourt mall to accept their invite to get some ice cream. it was reasonably late, so the mall was quite empty and some shops were closing up.
