Thaddeus Valentine.

It is relatively quite today in the hospital, well it is like this most days actually. We hardly get any major accidents but its a job at the end of the day. I am just sorting out a already perfect bed when someone enters the ward,I look up and see it is Kate Valentine
"Miss Valentine, what can I do for you?" I ask the blonde girl
"Has my father been brought in?" Kate asks
"Your father? No I haven't seen him" I tell her.

"Someone stabbed him,I thought he would have come here" Kate says, someone stabbed Thaddeus Valentine are they stupid
"I'm sorry Miss Valentine but he isn't here yet" I tell her" If he turns up,I will inform you" Kate turns to leave but says
"Are you into my father?" I'm shocked at her sudden question
"I...er...no. Your father is a smart man and it is nice to have...smart talk sometimes" I tell her,Kate looks at me skeptical but nods at my answer and leaves.

"Smart talk,what the heck does that mean?" I ask myself. Coincidentally a few moments later Kate's father does arrive in the ward but he came from a different direction. "I didn't expect to see you here Mr Valentine" I say
"Someone that came in today stabbed me" Thaddeus tells me walking over to me with his hand over the wound "Why so formal Y/n,aren't we alone?"
"Yes but your daughter was here a few moments ago looking for you,and I think she is onto us" I tell him as he sits down.

"How can Kate be onto us,she has never said anything to me" Thaddeus asks
"Well she asked if I liked you"
"And what did you say?"
"That you are a smart man and we have smart talks" I say causing Thaddeus to laugh at my answer
"You really said smart talk?" Thaddeus asks in between laughter.

"Yes,stop laughing at me or I shall leave you in pain" I warn him
"Oh Y/n you're a beautiful,smart and funny woman but you are not very good at answering questions" Thaddeus says
"I think I did OK actually" I say"Now let me see your wound" whilst I worked on Thaddeus's wound,I can feel his eyes on me "Would you kindly not stare at me,you are off putting"

"Oh am I? I hadn't noticed" Thaddeus says smirking
"Yes,you and your blue eyes are very off putting" I tell him ,putting a bandage over his middle to secure my work
"How are you going to stop me?" Thaddeus asks re doing up his shirt
"Can anyone stop the great Thaddeus Valentine?" I tease
"You can and you know you can stop me" Thaddeus says,pulling me to stand in between his legs.

"I know I can stop you,just not in your current condition" I say putting my arms around his neck
"I think I could survive" Thaddeus says standing up,I lean up and kiss him on the lips as he is a bit taller than me. His hands make there way to my waist as I in turn run my hands threw his thick brown hair. There is something addictive about Thaddeus Valentine that I just can't get enough of. We don't hear someone enter the ward.

"This is very interesting smart talk?" The voice of Kate Valentine says. We break apart and look to the blonde girl
"...Katherine... Where did you come form?" Thaddeus asks his daughter, slightly out of breath
"I was looking to see if your okay, I can see you are well taken care of" Kate says
"I will leave you two to talk" I tell Thaddeus and hastily leave the room.

"Look Kate,I was going to tell you about Y/n..." Thaddeus begins
"Its okay dad really, I just didn't think you had time for a girlfriend, your always so busy" Kate says to her dad
"I made time for Y/n after we first met" Thaddeus says
"Well now you can make time for me and you can tell me how the two of you met."
