Gilderoy Lockhart part 2.

I had finally said it,after all the delaying and planning how to tell him. I just came out with it,only I'm even more scared than before. Gilderoy hadn't said anything since my confession and his silence is worrying
"Well umm...can I turn around now?" Gilderoy asked finally breaking the silence
"If you want to" I said,he turned back to face me and I can't look at him. I want to but I'm afraid of his reaction,I keep my gaze on the floor as I hear him cross the room to me.
"Y/n look at me please" Gilderoy said quietly,I slowly raised my head and met his eyes.

For once he isn't smiling but I don't know if that is good or bad
"How long have you felt this way?" he asked
"A few years" I said
"But you never told me?" Gilderoy said,his tone is soft and quiet instead of his normal loud and brash volume
"I didn't know how to,I didn't want to ruin our friendship" I tell him
"You of all people know matters of the heart are important,you tell me so all the time" Gilderoy points out
"Which makes it more ironic really" I say.
"A little bit yes" Gilderoy said"Did you think I wouldn't want be friends with you anymore after you told me your feelings?"

"Yes" I said
"I still want to be friends with you Y/n infact I want to be more than just your friend" Gilderoy said
"What are you saying?" I ask feeling more hopeful now
"It's taken quite sometime to realize that I want to be more than friends with you" Gildeory tells me" I have strong feelings for you,I was afraid to say incase Snape found out"
"Sev already knows how I fell about you,all the staff do as well" I say
"So I'm the last to know then?" Gilderoy asks,I nod" Typical of me to miss that my own best friend is in love with me"

"I have to agree with you on that" I say smiling slightly
"So...does this mean I can kiss you?" Gilderoy asks slyly stepping closer to me
"..."I couldn't say anything so I nodded instead,Gildeory leans in and connects our lips in a sweet kiss. I hadn't expected this reaction from him,but I certainly do love it though. I reach up and put my arms around his neck as he pulls me closer to him. For a guy that likes to talk loads he certainly has very soft lips,which are also addictive.

Sadly thought we have to pull back thanks to an annoying thing called oxygen. We stand there still holding eachother
"If Snape knows about us,he won't hex me any time I want to kiss you will he?" Gilderoy asks worried
"No I told him he isn't allowed to hex you,or give you a potion to make you sick" I say looking up into his blue eyes
"Are you trying to make me scared of him?" Gilderoy asks
"I thought you already where,since he beat you in a duel" I said
"I wish you wouldn't bring that up"Gildeory said pouting
"It is funny though"I couldn't help but laugh slightly at the memory.

"Thank you for the support Y/n" Gildeory said sarcastically
"I did tell not to ask him to help in the demonstration,but you wouldn't listen" I tell him
"Next time I will ask you then shall I?" Gilderoy asks
"I can do the same thing as Severus,he taught me to duel" I say
"Now you tell me" Gilderoy said
"Don't tell me your scared of me now?" I ask playfully
"Y/n you are far to cute to be scary" Gildeory said" I am far more scary"
"You are too much of a dork to be scary Lockhart and you know it" I say laughing.

"Please don't ruin my reputation darling?" Gilderoy begs
"I can think about it"I say
"I will make it worth your while" Gilderoy said
