"It is not that we are hiding our love, we just need to be careful, there are a lot of people out there who could hurt us", her girlfriend said changing gears. It was August, Sunday evening, the avenue was unusually busy and the traffic was slow.
The woman in the co-pilot seat was silent. She had just come out of the closet, her girlfriend had more experience and yet, something didn't feel right. She started hearing some cheerful music from the rear. By the left, a new white shiny convertible sports car, music out loud, driver looking like coming out from a Tom Ford's runway show, was passing them. A rainbow flag sticker on the back of the car.
She smiled.
