Damie then sends out Red who takes on Byron's Magneton.
Red uses Brick Break to take down the trio of magnet-bots.
Byron then sends out the giant steel snake Steelix while Damie sends out Echo.
Echo uses Surf to bring it to half while Steelix attacked with Earthquake.
Echo then finishes the steel snake with his own powerful Earthquake.
Byron:Oh,what's this? My last one! This is where we make our stand!
He then sends out Bastiodon.
The boy has Echo attack with Mud Slap for a small bit of damage.
The dino tries to use Metal Burst on Swampert but it didn't activate.
Echo then uses Muddy Water to beat it.
Byron:Hmm! My sturdy Pokemon,defeated! You were strong enough to take down my prized team of Pokemon. In recognition of that power,I give you this:the Mine Badge!
Damie gets the badge from him and places it on his deck.
Damie:Down to two....Perfect.
He also gets the move Flash Cannon.
Byron:Gwahahaha! The Sinnoh region is vast. Tough Trainers like you and Barry crop up constantly to challenge the old guard! With more tough Trainers like my son and you two taking charge,the future of Pokemon is bright!
Byron:But I'm not stepping aside just yet! I merely need to rededicate myself to training on Iron Island.
