In My Dreams [ Chapter 15 ]

They backed away and I jumped from the ladder to tend to Blonde. He said to me he felt sleepy. "I'm...sorry.." He said in a slurred voice. "Shh..it's okay...its okay.." I said softly, I noticed the guards had left because a clatter of noise had occurred on a lower floor.

After a long while the affects of the tranquilliser had worn off and he sat opposite me. Blondiplier sighed, "you'll wake soon...I-I'll...be alone..again.". What did he mean? I'll awake? What? "Huh?" I asked confused. Blonde shuffled closer, "this...its..a..dream...to..you.." He spoke in a sad tone. I stared blankly at the floor for a moment, " A dream..? No..I..". It then dawned on me, how could I have been at home then suddenly here? Again, tears welled in my eyes and my heart broke.

"I can't leave you...never can I leave you.." I sniffed, he put his arms around me. "Its..okay.." He said and stroked my hair gently. I rested my head in his lap as I lay down.
